I get the feeling that Progressive, at large are not only in it, to increase their wallet, ( which they are entitled to) but to increase financial, business, property, etc. knowledge and genuinely go over and above to help those, who are willing to pursue their dream.

A lot was covered and promises kept. All the staff were nice to talk to, Lunch was great. The sessions were not boring, full of laughter, love and learning and I met some wonderful, like minded people. Highly Recommended.

It was great and new experience being in that environment, like walking into a new dimension and i like it. Nerves but waiting for 6 months to pass to see where I'm at..

The No Money Down event was a refreshed course that motivates me to reach my goal. Additionally, I have the chance to network with people from different cities across the United Kingdom and improve my knowledge by working with the expert staff teams led by Kevin during the three fantastic days at Progressive Property.

I bought a course online after a Webinar i attended. 2 days later I had to go abroad for 4 months so I cannot attend. I contacted them and they said there is a no refund policy. This was not mentioned on the Webinar at no point. Before I bought this course again nowhere was this visible that they do not offer a refund.
If i was aware of this I would never of purchased this. For a company that boost about all the money they are making through property's,it's a bit strange that they don't issue refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE NOT AS GOOD AS THEY MAKE OUT!!

An absolutely fantastic 3-day No Money Down masterclass with Kevin McDonnell. I sat the masterclass a year ago and since then working part-time on my property business i've gained 8 rent to rent properties, all generating profit. I've re-sit NMD a 2nd time now and have left with new information and motivation, an expanded network and a clear plan of action on my next steps to start building my own portfolio using the No Money Down strategys and blueprint.

Attended Kevin McDonnell's No Money Down and Rent to Rent 3-day Masterclass last week; what an eye opener! I had no idea you could make money from properties without owning them, and buy them in so many creative ways using other people's money!

This course was brilliant, covering corporate lets, lease option, exchange with delayed completion, vendor finance, joint venture finance, private investor finance, assisted sales, tenant buyers and much more!

There was a lot to take in, in 3 days, but Kevin has a way of explaining these strategies that makes it easy to understand; we got a notebook and the presentation slides so we can review our learning; and with Kevin's Irish humour thrown in, there wasn't a dull moment!!!

The course isn't cheap, but I think it's value for money considering the tools I now have to build wealth through property. It was also a great opportunity to network and connect with likeminded people for support and potential collaboration.

Lunch is included, and there are two networking dinners as well.

There's so much more I could say about this course that's great - but suffice to say - if you're serious about building wealth through property then I'd highly recommend this course! Here's to financial freedom! :0)
