Slarviga, glömmer att lägga till alla produkter man har beställt...

Beställde 2st multi-tools för dom. Kunde får båda verktygen lasergraverad utan extra kostnad, vilket jag vad.

Dessutom fick även erbjudna och köpa ett Bit-kit till ett av multi-tools. Så det gjorde jag också. Det som gör mig rejält besviken är när jag får min beställning så saknas bit-kitet.

Tar kontakt med dom. Man säger att man skickar bit-kit, så jag har det om vecka. Lite slarvigt av dom tycker jag. Detta drar ner betyget.

Dessutom har man inte så stort sortiment. På första sidan gör man reklam för Garmin. Vilket man inte ens har i sitt sortiment.

Sloppy, forget to add any products you have ordered ...

Ordered 2 multi-tools for them. Could have both tools laser engraved at no extra cost, which I guess.

In addition, was also offered and bought a Bit-kit for one of the multi-tools. So did I. What makes me really disappointed is when I receive my order the bit kit is missing.

Contact them. You say you send bit-kits, so I have it in a week. A bit sloppy of them I think. This pulls down the grade.

Furthermore, you do not have such a large range. The first page advertises Garmin. Which you don't even have in their range.

No issues whatsoever in my experience. Pretty fast delivery, good prices, free laser engraving and authorized reseller. The engraving was also nicely done.

Don't ever use this company
I found some items I wanted on their website and made the mistake of ordering from the them. Of course these were Christmas gifts and I placed the order on the 7th of December. It was shipped on the 20th, so they needed 13 days to pack and ship items in stock, amazing in todays business world. Since it was shipped on the 20th I did not receive it for Christmas. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had ordering online and this company should not be in business nor should it ever deal with customers. I emailed them trying to get some answers but of course no answer. I caution everyone from using this site, they spend more on look and feel of the site than on customer care and sales.

A Disgrace!!!

I bought a LED Lenser flash light for 209€ on April 17th 2013. The Flashlight stopped working within a week. I contacted the site by emial to get a return, without luck. I've tried to call them; they are not answering the phone.
8 month later, I have not got this LED flashlight working or refunded.
