Right from ordering to delivery the process was seamless. The rower is really great; excellent build quality, very study, super quiet and when using it with iFit, exercise is great fun. I am motivated to use it daily and really enjoy it.
And more importantly, it does not take up a lot of space.
Excellent piece of exercise equipment that I can use in the comfort of my house.
I would recommend this rower to anyone looking to purchase one.

Brilliant robust treadmill. 5star

The quality of the rower is very good and considering it is also one of the best value on the market. The seat is nice and wide (good for women's wider hips). The tension is nice and smooth and there is no chain noises like other rowers. I'm really enjoying the range of rowing classes, and the fact they are taught by ex olympians is awesome! Delivery was prompt and easy to put together. One improvement would be to be able to raise the screen higher and I couldn't get back to the main screen when I wanted to exit half way through a session.

I was looking to find out something better a quality product ,probably i have founded the right product and it's cheap as as well and its an amazing experience for me and my wife .
we are getting good benefit's with pro-form 9 treadmill any one interested to by will be highly recommended.

The quality of the H7 elliptical/stepper combo as well as the quality of the workouts available on iFIT. It all works flawlessly, takes up little to no power and is MUCH cheaper than a gym subscription, for a quick at-home, HIIT workout.

The overall service, from order to build to using it 5x week, has been absolutely flawless, including a follow-up call for feedback.

Easy to order and delivered quickly. Also I was kept updated with delivery details which was great. The rower was easy to put together and I have used it 4 or 5 times a week since receiving it with no issues. IFIT was very easy to set up and really adds to the workout experience. All round a great rower and I would definitely recommend.

The running machine was delivered on time and is easy to assemble.

Order shipped promptly. Paid for it with klarna to make things easier. Really really pleased with my bike, an absolutely bargain to be honest! I use it 3 times a week and it's invaluable and arguably cheaper than a gym membership.

I would say the service was first class from the date of order to delivery. I was kept up to date about the item and delivery was on time. Instructions were straight forward and set up easy to follow.
Had a little issue with connecting so emailed customer care who responded immediately. They were very helpful and the problem got sorted in a matter of a few minutes! Feeling extremely happy with my Proform experience so far. Can not fault the service.

Thanks for shaming my review, says a lot how professional you're. I paid money for what I got, so this is me who was shocked! I was asked to leave review by email. Usually I don't do that. I literally paid money. Got delivery and was struggling for a week to set it up! Did anyone call me? Did anyone helped me? What kind of reviews do you want? ***
I give 1 star! I paid £600 and hasn't got even attached basic tablet like in the picture was advertised.

Great product arrived quickly. The bike is good quality and a joy to use.

Excellent customer service. I had some queries before deciding which machine I wanted and the lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. I also needed assistance after my purchase and again, the person I spoke to was very helpful. Very happy with my proform r-10 rower, I received detailed updates about the delivery, it was easy to assemble and set up. Would highly recommend.
