Honestly the best bit of fitness kit I have ever bought. Love this bike so much. Silent, easy to use, and the iFit app is glorious. I've been biking in the Alps, New Zealand, Patagonia and have lost half a stone in the month we've had it. It's really easy to fit a cycle in to my day when working from home. Love it. Thanks so much Proform. Great customer service too.

Brilliant! I have nothing negative to say about them. The treadmill i got off them is amazing and is helping me so much. I haven't used my legs in almost 20 years due to mental illness. I bought it to help me to get my legs working again and i'm really pleased with it. I use it as often as i can. Easy transaction with them, delivery when i wanted it, free 12 months ifit which is a little to fast for me at the minute being the way my legs are but overall i'm really really happy with it. I'd defiantly recommend them and i have to friends and family. Thank you Proform fitness for giving me my legs back again.

I did a lot of research to find the right bike for me. I wanted something with Bluetooth that would automatically control the resistance as well as some coach led sessions, but I didn't want to pay Echelon or Peloton prices. I found this bike to be the perfect balance of features, quality and cost. So far I have been really pleased. My tablet connects to the bike every time, no fiddling about and the courses are really good. My only negative would be that sometimes the intensity of rides isn't as hard as I would like, so I manually override them to make them harder. It's a small thing and doesn't bother me too much. The iFit app is good but I wish it was easier to continue a course as I find that I am doing multiple courses because I struggle to find the next course segment when I log back in for another ride - again, a small issue and nothing that bothers me too much.

Works great with no issues, the set is also compact which fitted nicely in my living room.

Great delivery service, Bike is excellent very well made. Bike was easy to put together using instructions.Great 2year warranty.The communications firstly from the delivery company and secondly receiving a phone call from Proform as a Courtesy call was excellent customer service.

What a great exercise bike! It looks lovely and is easily put together. Some times it can be challenging to find the will power when exercising but Ifit’s interactive classes and pre recorded rides through many countries are addictive and insightful.
ProForm have produced another great bit of kit.

Prompt delivery, clear communications, great product. Really simple to set up and it feels very sturdy. Used it 4-5 times a week for the past month, and I have absolutely no complaints so far.

Website appears reasonably simple to use. Different payment options available which is a good thing. Delivery charge is a bit on the expensive side. Will update further when receive my machine

Just dreadful. Avoid. I was told complaints had to be by post. 8 weeks later and several chaser phone calls, I still have no response to my letter. The staff on the service line have said they cannot let me speak to a manager and can give me no indication of when a response will be provided. Just awful. Worst customer service i have ever experienced. If anything goes wrong, it appears highly unlikely they will help.

I came here to leave a review based on my experience with this company. Wish I had read these reviews before buying. Alas my experience is no different to others here. Move on and buy something else. Oh and avoid Fitness Superstore like the plague. They're no different.

Very poor customer service. I reported an issue with my ProForm Smart Strider 495 CSE in 27 November 2020. Nearly 4 months and no visit from an engineer despite promises of a visit. Cannot blame pandemic or Brexit when so many other service providers can and do respond within days.

So far, so good.

Steer well clear of these cowboys.

The product arrived faulty and after logging the issue with them, we were sent a hyper link to a YouTube video where we could lean how to fix it?

We refused to try to fix an exercise machine that we had not even used, now we're are being ignored and our emails since then have not been answered.

UPDATE 1:
We got our money returned only when legal steps were threatened.

Recently, Trustpilot have been in contact with me stating the review has been flagged as false and Proform Fitness are trying to have this removed from Trustpilot.

Shame on you, using a different trading name and email address to deal with customers who complain.

UPDATE 2:
Every trick in the book is being used to try to get our review removed despite it being a genuine review. If you put as much effort into helping your customers when issues arose, then you wouldn't have stinking reviews like these in the first place.

I had high blood pressure and decided to buy the Proform 320 CSX+ indoor bike. It went wrong within 2 days. One of the arms became loose. And it wasn't anything to do with self assembly because this part was already attached to the bike. I tightened the nut, but within a few revolutions, the arm had become loose again. At the same time the machine developed an irritating squeak on every revolution. And the left pedal started became erratic and jerky.

I bought the machine from Powerhouse Fitness.

My advice: Steer clear. Don't waste your time or money dealing with this nightmare.

**EDITED - Have now downgraded this review to ONE STAR because of a spectacular lack of customer service from Proform UK. A massive mistake to buy one of their products - I believed the marketing and could kick myself now!**

Have the Proform TDF 5.0 model - on paper it's a respectable piece of kit. Have had various (electrical) problems with it and luckily there's a great owners forum because the back up from the manufacturers is appalling. Very few spares available and after under 2 years of just moderate winter use the control console doesn't work. Problem is, this effectively writes the whole £1500 machine off as you can't operate it without touch screen control. Spares are not available and even if they were, a new solid state console would be over £300. A previous supplier of Pro Form TDF spares has confirmed this is a common problem and advised me to cut my losses and invest in a different manufacturers bike.

After talking to various other people with similar and other problems I'd strenuously advise against buying a TDF smart bike and look to another manufacturer with decent back up facilities and a good reliability record. The only reason for two stars and not one is that when the bike works it's a well thought out bit of kit. But ours is now just a piece of unusable junk taking up valuable house space!

Terrible company and an very poor quality product. I bought a 450 LE cross trainer direct from ProForm and it arrived damaged. It’s been 3 weeks waiting for a resolution and this company is the absolute worst I have come across. I asked for either a refund or the parts to fix the damage but they are still arguing weeks later. NEVER buy from them, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Update - after months of waiting and dozens of emails Proform have still not resolved the problem. I asked for a partial refund OR a replacement unit OR the parts to be sent to me so I could fix it myself. In spite of providing parts numbers and being told they would send the parts they eventually decided they couldn't supply the parts after all. Although the cross trainer works, I am left with a damaged and devalued machine which makes a loud noise when used. This is the worst online shopping experience I have had and I would advise others to look elsewhere.
