The product they sent was wrong size and offered partial refund but after we accepted that they stopped responding on e-mail.

We ordered a transparent table top cover for a wooden table. But we received a translucent covering. When we contacted the firm ,they told us they had sent the right order! As it cost so much,we sent a copy of the order and the photos we had sent with the order. So my complaint is their customer service is atrocious, when they get the order wrong. They have just ignored our emails

Après notre réclamation, ils nous ont assuré que la commande était correcte. Depuis, ils ignorent complètement nos e-mails. Leur service client est déplorable. Un véritable gaspillage d'argent.

Waste of money, not even 2 months after our purchase the table protector is stained because of food and looks awful. We tried everything from dish soap, polish remover, vinegar with bicarbonate, nothing worked. On their website they advertise "No longer worry about what your children or angels spill on the dining table or how you deal with it. The 2 mm thick table foil effectively protects your beautiful table from damage and leaves stains no chance. Simply wipe over the table foil and it is clean again." This is misleading. I contacted support and their answer was "You can remove most of the stains but some spices or foods leave stains that can't be removed". Very disappointed and don't recommend.

I ordered a specific size which was not standard, however Profolio were excellent with communication, and delivered my item safely and securely. Also, it fitted perfectly and am very pleased with the service I received. Thanks so much!

I bought a table protector thinking it would be amazing to protect my white table, my 7 year old daughter had a felt tip pen also even the date of baby wipes stayed on it and wouldn't come off..plus this was not.perment markers!

To loosen minor stains, household dishwashing detergents or sunflower oil (fat soluable stains) are the best options.
Please do not use harsh or bleaching detergents.
We point out this fact in our instructions for use.
We ask that you do not leave any magazines or newspapers on the table foil for the first few weeks, as these can otherwise stain the table foil and are difficult to remove.
For light stains, household dishwashing detergent or sunflower oil are the best options to loosen them.
Customers have also reported back to us that rubbing with soft butter has helped in this case.

I tried all this and emailed again to say I was very disappointed as it was only a few weeks old. Now I have this email which is laughable.

I ordered a large circular table mat some months ago but each time one was sent one side of it was warped . After some initial difficulty getting Profolio to understand the problem and that the warped damage couldn’t be rectified through my efforts Dennis Gerber from Profolio took charge of the issue. Through his conscientious efforts and perseverance we finally got to the root of the delivery problem. I’m very grateful to him - he went above and beyond and his communications were faultless in their politeness. I am very pleased with my replaced damage free table cover . Thank you !!

This is the second table foil I have ordered, this time for an oak coffee table. I was a little upset when I tried to make this second purchase, as there was no option to send to the UK as my previous order. I emailed the company, I didn't get a reply, but 24hrs later the UK was now back on the options to send orders to. These table protectors are really good and strong and look good too. If you have a surface you want to keep pristine, from marks or scratches, tops of chests or cupboards etc, as well as tables, I would highly recommend

absolutely brilliant, just what I was looking for. Although I have a laminate breakfast bar, it’s a pale colour. This is absolutely great for any stains just a quick wipe over and it’s done. I was hesitant at first, especially about measuring. However, I sent them the precise measurements and they sent me back a perfect plastic which is quite thick cover. I have to say I was quite dubious, but I was very pleasantly surprised.

Purchased a door mat, using our own measurements. Great quality, fast delivery. Very pleased with item.

I had initially put a negative review but after emailing my concerns, profolio responded politely and processed my order at their earliest convenience. I don’t think they got my first email hence the no reply. I’m looking forward to receiving my table covers. Thank you!

Review revised following an appropriate resolution by Profolio - this was to my satisfaction and I commend the company for identifying the cause of incorrect sizing and offering a quick resolution. I would have no hesitation ordering again from this provider.

I ordered a table foil from
Profolio in Jan and was delivered as expected - nicely packaged albeit took almost 10 days to arrive. Having placed it on the table, I noticed that one of the sides was longer but expected that it would shrink in time as per the website. Typically would expect 3-5mm extra on 1 side but mine was 12mm longer than I had ordered. Having had the foil on the table for almost a month, it has not shrunk to size. I contacted the seller and they replied promptly with a satisfactory resolution.
