Ordered flowers for Mother's Day with a flex delivery date over three days. They called the final of the three delivery day options and said they would not be able to get the flowers out and could deliver them on the Monday after Mother's Day. Then had to deal with multiple phone representatives for the company including a supervisor to get them to refund the order. The initial rep kept repeating the same options of delivering on Monday over and over again before they would transfer us to the supervisor. Made me wonder if I was talking to an AI chatbot versus a person. This left us a day before Mother's Day to scramble to attempt to get a gift sent to my out-of-state mother. Have used them previously with some great experiences and other poor ones. This will be the last time as last minute notifications of a problem leaving us stuck left a poor taste in my mouth.

Absolutely horrible. Would NEVER recommend proflowers to anyone. Ordered flowers in advance for my mother out of state and pro flowers employs FTD, Safeway, and a moron Uber driver (who delivered to wrong home & wouldn't go back and get said flowers) for mothers day this coming Sunday. After 3 hours finally got a live agent on the phone from proflowers (overseas Arabic who barely speaks english) and they said they would either re deliver flowers or give a discount refund and not redeliver. I wanted a full refund plus the redelivery due to the inconvenience. Proflowers agent wouldn't help & could care less. Proved that this company is NOT loyal to their customers nor willing to remedy the situation when THEY SCREW UP! I will now be disputing the charge with my bank and having to order from someone else last minute. Mind you, my mother and I dont live in the same state. Will NOT be recommending this company ever!!!!!

I placed two orders recently for Mother's Day floral bouquets for my mother and wife, many days in advance to allow for ample planning and coordination. One delivery was to occur in Las Vegas, NV and another delivery was to occur in Carbondale, CO. The Las Vegas order has been a complete failure with the stated delivery date completely missed and a following delivery date also missed. The attendant on the 'help line' was useless, forcing me to rely on email customer service. I've received automated notices indicating the Las Vegas delivery was made more than 24 hours late, but in fact flowers have not been delivered, as confirmed by the intended recipient (my mother!). For my Carbondale order, the quality and size of delivered flowers were very unlike what was presented on the website (my wife appreciated the gesture, but the overall appearance and quality of floral bouquet was poor, relative to the cost. I could have gotten much better quality flowers from my local grocery store for a fraction of the cost!
I've used ProFlowers in past years with positive outcomes, but like many things in the present marketplace, quality control has been significantly compromised. BUYER BEWARE! If possible, I recommend having a direct association with a local florist whenever possible to avoid third party services like what ProFlowers offers. I've had what I would consider back-to-back 'fails' in two different marketplaces with ProFlowers with my recent experience.

The absolute worst flower company I have ever ordered from. Ordered two bouquets to be delivered to two different locations for today. The flowers never made it and they said it was delivered. Luckily both residences have cameras and we have proof that no flower deliveries were made. Please stay away from this company. It’s not worth the headache.

I am writing to express my disappointment and
frustration with a recent experience I had with ProFlowers. On May 7, 2026, I placed an order for delivery on May 8, 2026. Prior to placing the order, I informed the company that I needed assurance of timely delivery, and they guaranteed arrival by 3:00 PM. Despite this assurance, the flowers did not arrive until after 5:00 PM, if at all. The recipient stayed until 5:00 PM, but there was no delivery.
Subsequently, I received an email from ProFlowers stating that the flowers had been delivered.
However, upon contacting the Post Office, I was informed that the flowers were never received.
When I contacted ProFlowers to inquire about the status of my order, I was told that the flowers were delivered at 2:30 AM, which is not possible since the business was closed at that time. Over the course of my conversation with five different representatives, I was not provided with any clear information or resolution. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service I received, particularly given the embarrassment caused by the failure to deliver the flowers on time. The recipient was expecting birthday flowers, and it was not just a matter of saying sorry. I
will not be using ProFlowers in the future due to their inadequate customer service and lack of knowledge among staff members.

What I ordered was not close to what they got. It was delivered on time but both arrangements were completely different from the pictures. I was so embarrassed when they send me the pictures and saw two flowers and all the rest were greens. All they had to
say that I will get 10% off. DON'T USE THEM or you may have to go through the same embarrassment I did. Maria

The bulbs looked like eaten blue crab shells. I hope they bloom

Flowers arrived wilted and damaged. This is like Temu for flowers. Customer service was a nightmare. Reps barely knew English and read from scripts. They'd say they'd send a new arrangement, then NOT do it. No follow-through on the new flowers until I demanded a supervisor. Disgraceful lack of customer service and tons of weaponized incompetence.

I ordered this arrangement for my wife for our 45th wedding anniversary. I ordered this particular bouquet because it said it had hydrangeas in it. Hydrangeas are her favorite flower. Sadly, there was not one hydrangea to be found in it. The flowers that were delivered looked very nice, but I specifically wanted hydrangeas. Very disappointing!

The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. That's why I always use ProFlowers.

I ordered two bouquets, each with a card. The first one came with no card. I received an email that both were delivered. I called customer service to tell them that both were not delivered only one was and it was missing the card. Customer service said I would receive a full refund and even sent an email stating this. However I was only refunded half of the money. 2nd bouquet was never even delivered. So my birthday surprise for my wife was completely ruined from this company. I will never use this service again and would recommend nobody else use it. Unless you want to waste your money. Not an honest company. If need be I can even show the email stating I would get a FULL REFUND.

I ordered the You're a Gem premium bouquet with a balloon. It arrived on time. While I understand floral substitutions, I don't believe the local florist met the look of what I ordered. Also, the quality of the substituted roses was poor. There was supposed to be a succulent but it looks like Gerber daisies were added instead which, while a nice flower, made the overall look of the arrangement completely different. I can provide a photo if needed.

My daughter ordered Ref UB-LOU-281482876 Touch of Honey-Box 2 for me for Mother's Day. Many of the flowers were old and wilted and the petals fell off a few as I was arranging them in the vase. I did not inform my daughter as I didn't want her to feel badly

I selected a variety of flowers. I didn't want roses. They received all roses. I won't order from here again.

Flowers were beautiful but roses started wilting the second day-added fresh water ,etc. flowers totally dead after 5 days. For the amount of money I spent this was not a good experience at all.

I ordered flowers for my 95 year old Mother for Mother's Day. Although delivered on-time, they were sent UPS, which is almost certainly is not same day delivery. Flowers were not in water and wilted. Instead of making the order right, they automatically processed a partial refund. My Mom is deeply deeply disappointed. This isn't the first time either. I don't normally post reviews, but I'm not using this vendor again.

When the flowers were delivered they had broken stems, some were starting to wilt. By day 2 a majority of the flowers were starting to wilt. What was delivered did not match the image or description on the website. The flowers were to be mainly purple/blue and was to include a few lilies. What was delivered was maroon in color and didn't include a single lily. Not sure what happened, but the flowers delivered did not meet the expectations of the flowers shown on the website or the written description on the website.

Extremely disappointed, I spent $84 on a large bouquet and what was delivered was extremely small and did not look remotely like what I ordered for my sisters birthday, I will never use your Service again
