Mirror Lake Jigsaw was no pleasure to make; poor mirror image subject matter and shaapes of pieces repeated. Completed 80% and found no satisfaction in making it that far. Company needs to take advice from a regular puzzle maker before toturing its customers with an unproven design.

I have improved my review from the last one I wrote. My puzzle had a missing piece. I sent them an email requesting a replacement piece. After a week I received a reply and within another week I had the replacement. Shame the puzzle quality wasn’t perfect, but customer service was

Recently purchased the large wooden Tumble Tower game in a nice wood carry case. I was hoping for a nice quality game but was sadly disappointed. The blocks appear to be made of various types of wood that were not uniform in thickness, some of which seem to be soft wood. Due to this the pieces do not slide out well, if at all. I would hesitate to purchase this game due to the poor quality of construction.

The pieces were so loose as to render the puzzle unsolvable. The puzzle in question was the Railroad Sleepers from the Great Minds Set of Five Puzzles

I received a puzzle as a gift and opened it myself. After finding and assembling all the edge pieces 2 were missing. There was no one around to hide, remove, etc. Upon completing the puzzle there were 3 pieces missing. I sent a picture and email to the company. Three emails went unanswered.

The Great Reindeer Race absolutely a fun game for the family fun, exciting and definitely a way to bring all ages together in a family game. Kudos!!!!!!

I bought Burger Balance, which is a wooden, jenga-like puzzle. It's beautifully made. However, the dice was missing and I emailed professor puzzle directly to ask for a replacement. I didn't hear back which was disappointing. The game is useless without it.

I purchased the Escape from the Jukebox game and unfortunately they did not include proper step by step instructions on how to play the game.

They told me how to take the pieces out of the box and other than that, I do not know what I'm supposed to do with them.
The cards have cut out shapes on them although I don't know why.
The decoder is colourful, although I don't know where to find the proper numbers to use on the code wheel (some envelopes only have 2 single digit numbers and some envelopes have 5 single digit numbers)
What do you do when you see the headphones symbol on the decoder? Are you supposed to listen to something? What do the other symbols mean? They don't tell you that either.
Too many questions - such a shame it's a waste of money and time on a game that I can't figure out how to play.

Extremely badly made 1000 piece jigsaw. Poor quality cardboard which broke when trying to take apart - to return to shop and will advise them not to stock this brand of jigsaw puzzle.

Delighted to recommend the “Escape from Las Vegas”, escape room game. We were away as a family, 6 of us from 26-70 years of age and this was a fantastic evening entertainment!! We escaped! But it was hard. Glad we had young brains. Really satisfying. Giving it to friends to have a go. It is reusable if you are careful. Brain twisting. If you like the real escape rooms, you’ll love this.

Such a fun escape room game, until a whole room was missing... Very unfortunate but seeing the other reviews, this happens quite often.

I received the Floral prints 4 pack puzzle. Every puzzle is missing pieces. Unacceptable!

Bought a few of their games now, May Contain Butts is my absolute favourite, as well as Burger Stack and Subway Squeeze. Love to see diversity in games and the latter one has a great range of ethnicities and abilities / age groups. Will be buying more!

Jigsaw came with missing piece, posted on social media,sent private message was told to email them so I did and it was ignored.

My husband bought their 12 days of Christmas "create your own winter wonderland" as a gift for me. It looked like it was a cardboard model building advent calendar, with little two-dimensional puzzle pieces that you slot together to make winter animals. Only they're all made of PLASTIC foam board. It's absolutely disgraceful that in our climate catastrophe this company are producing SINGLE USE PLASTIC SNOWMEN?? The stupidest thing is that the plastic foam board stuff was worse than cardboard to use, too bendy and soft so the pieces wouldn't slot together. What a waste of precious resources. It's really unacceptable.

Really bad quality. Many pieces came torn and/or broken. Wouldn't buy one of their puzzles again

I was given a 1000 piece "Peaceful Puzzling Jigsaw" for Christmas. Nice design, but the enclosed picture which depicted the finished puzzle was very inaccurate AND there was one puzzle piece missing (but another piece was duplicated. How could THAT have happened???). Would not recommend anything from this company, obviously poor quality control.

Awful company with very rude sales team.
The wrong product was sent and the company are refusing to take responsibility, claiming that the product was out of stock without even me explaining the product.
Never order from this company!

Bought 12 days of advent 500 piece jigsaw made by Professor Puzzle. After spending the time completing it, found there were 3 pieces missing! Quite a few of the pieces that were there were damaged. Not very impressive quality or quality control. Contacted customer service to be told they couldn't send replacement pieces as they no longer made this puzzle and I would have to take it up with the retailer we bought it from. The odd piece missing is bad enough but three is unacceptable as well as having damaged pieces in a new puzzle. Very disappointed, won't be buying from them again.

Found this really difficult at first, tried to work it out on paper after two afternoons gave up and left it for a week. Third go at it solved it in an hour, must work out first which houses go where this makes it much easier, then all the clues fall into place. Great work out for the brain.
