Scammers
I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with these people for almost two months, only to discover they did a poor job and did not address any of the issues I had. Not only were they unable to properly upload my website but instead tried to pressure me into buying a server from them- a questionable practice at best. On top of this, their disregard for basic security and safety protocols made it so that passwords were easily obtainable by anyone who registered on my website.
I can't confidently say that the company is even located in Australia, based on their refusal to do a Zoom meeting, which leads me to worry about the reputation they are giving our country. I urge anyone who might be considering working with them to please think twice. The amount of time and money wasted could have been avoided. It's just not worth the risks they are putting your business in. They are Scammers Stay Away at All Costs

Scammers Stay Away at All Costs
Professionalwebsitedesign.com.au are nothing but scammers.
Sign you up and hassle you by phone and email to pay them and when you pay them they barely reply back.
The website and logo designs they sent were poorly designed, a kid could of done better.
There is NO customer support and when you ask them to send through new designs based off the original brief they say no.
Wish I never went with Professionalwebsitedesign.com.au as my experience has been horrible and am now having to go elsewhere.
