Football boots were a lovely present for my grandson however they were too small and have sent for a replacement. Only complaint is charging £2.25 for return ordering another pair.

This company are Scammers. I’d advise you order straight from Nike/Adidas etc. My son ordered a pair of football boots where you have to pay delivery and return when they were too small. As they do not accept exchanges he had to order a bigger size and paid €12.56 for next day delivery which didn’t arrive til 4 days later. Told them I wanted the next day fee refunded but offered a store credit which he didn’t want. It also cost €13 to return the original boots. Don’t know why you reply to this when I can’t respond. I’ve supplied you with both order numbers numerous times through email but to no avail. STAY AWAY FROM PRO DIRECT AND ORDER STRAIGHT FROM MANUFACTURER.

Thank you

Delivery bag arrived empty and unsealed inside a Royal Mail apology bag. The football shirt I ordered had either been pilfered at source, or slipped out during transit. I contacted RM at first and they informed me that Pro Direct were liable. Following an email to PD, an investigation was opened and I was issued a full refund.
There is no way of me knowing if it was just negligence or something more sinister, but it's left a sour taste in my mouth. Do better Pro Direct.

I still haven't received my order and when I said I want compensation I received no reply

The Hoka trainers are excellent. However, the delivery process from order picking to passing to the courier needs to be quicker. In addition the choice of the Royal Mail is always going to be problematic due to their inefficient service.
