Disrespectful, questionable integrity, and unprofessional

Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP withdrew from representing me on a critical patent matter with very little notice. Their sudden disengagement caused significant stress, consumed a lot of my time, and put important patent deadlines at risk—potentially jeopardizing the survival of my company. I also had serious concerns about honesty and integrity at various points during our interactions. Additionally, I was disrespected by attorneys assigned to my case. Potential clients should be aware that abrupt withdrawal may leave you needing to secure alternative counsel immediately to protect your rights. Respect may be best found elsewhere.

Suggestions for Procopio: Hire lawyers who are honest, respectful, planful, professional, and organized. Take accountability for their behavior instead of covering for them, and taking it out on clients.
