Going into your shop and greeted with a warm welcome was a good start and I specifically wanted to get a replacement item but couldn't remember what I wanted, with a helpful assistant and a simple question of, Do we have your Gmail address she scanned through all my past purchases and revealed what I was looking for and so we purchased what we were looking for and the assistant also pointed out that an extra item that I had purchased was actually in buy three for the price of two range to complete my purchases
