Top quality products and very helpful staff
Very helpful lady staff member assisted us choosing the right products. We were able to try knives for weight and grip to ensure they were right for us. We are delighted with the new set of knives and block (and the other items we bought whilst in the store).

Knowledgeable staff …
Had good knowledge on how pans were constructed as I was buying them for my son as a present and he wanted certain quantities. Also managed to tweak a set for me . Very helpful and friendly lady .

We purchased a ProCook Stand mixer. It was good that the shop showed us an in-house comparison sheet that they had against other stand mixers. The comparison was not biased & showed the pros & cons of all the brands in the comparison.
