amazing service
I was served by sydney, she was so kind and very helpful. She knew a lot about the knifes and when it came to picking me out a new pan she listened to what i needed and I am very happy with the product!

Insufficient staff. Out of stock of the item required just 2 days after opening; asked if they would honour 20% "opening" discount if I ordered and paid for it the request was refused
