Excellent knife sharpener.
I have never before been good at sharpening my knives. Hopeless ! Thanks to good advice from the assistant, I bought the ProCook Three Wheel Knife Sharpener. It has three grades/stages of sharpening (depending on what you want to do). It is stylish, well designed and very easy to use. Really pleased.

Faulty Product which broke within 5 mins of first use.
Unfortunately your product , the ProCook PodPress broke after only the 4th pod being recycled. It literally broke within 5mins of use. We were only visiting Hereford for the day from Cardiff otherwise we would have returned the faulty product. Are you able to provide a replacement ?

ProCook Hereford
I have been served several times at ProCook Hereford, and every experience has been excellent. Luke was extremely kind, polite, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different knives, which whetstone I should use, and we even discussed diamond sharpeners.
I left the store happy and smiling, confident that I had chosen exactly what I needed.
I later returned to purchase a leather knife bag to store my knives – top quality and very reasonably priced.
I will definitely be coming back.
