Nice new easy access shop now, and more central. Staff really nice and helpful and products good. I’ve shopped there since I came to live nearby 5 years ago. Just the slope caught me out in the new shop, but I am 93

The store had moved without altering contact details online. I contacted another store for advice; they contacted the store immediately - who got back to me in minutes. I asked them to put an item aside and I’d be there the same day. As good as their word, it was ready - very friendly staff, apologetic for any problems caused. Happy with the product also

Good range of kitchen products and excellent staff who have good knowledge of those products. New Harrogate shop was very helpful without being pushy.
My only negative is the endless sales and special offers but cutlery and crockery seem to always be “on offer” wherever you go nowadays .

Excellent. Bought an enamelled cast iron pot at less than half price . Love pro cook products have used there pans and knives for years and they are still going strong and remain in good condition.
