Great Service
Have found staff at Pro cook very pleasant and helpful on both occasions.
I had purchased a insulated teapot for a present at Christmas time unfortunately it recently developed a leak .
There was no problem when I returned the item to the store and obtained a new teapot. The member of staff polite and apologised for the inconvenience.

I went to the cirencester branch, a day after I went to Gloucester outlet both stores were immaculate, and the sales people were so very helpful, polite and smiled, that makes the difference. When I need more work stuff i know exactly where I'm going.
