The staff at Chichester are always welcoming, truly professional and give great advice. My visit on Thursday was just the same, I had a warm welcome to the store and after explaining what I was looking for the sales assistant gave me all the information I needed to help me make my purchase. I thoroughly recommend a visit to this store where you will find helpful staff with first class knowledge of the products, especially the knives.

With the help of a member of the ProCook team I found one that was a good weight and the shape I wanted. I went on to look at the cutlery Soho caught my eye, Its snow on my list for my next visit. Lovely having a Procook shop in Chichester. Excellent stock on display and very helpful staff. Buy all my kitchen equipment there. Only bought a coffee mug this time. It was new in, had a hand crafted look and was 330ml perfect for my flat white made by my Sage machine. Normal sized mugs are too large
