I have 2 local branches of procook
One at EMD that I usually go to and the other near Worksop. I wanted to also visit my local garden centre, so I decided to go to the Worksop branch to purchase the ceramic egg poacher pan.
The lady in the shop was brilliant, think her name was Carmen, should have taken more notice as she had 2 name badges on. If I'm wrong I apologise.!
I have to say that Branch is a lot bigger and has a lot better display than the Designer outlet branch. . The pan looks fantastic, just like my numerous other procook purchase's

There was no pressure to buy
There was no pressure to buy. The lady who served me was very helpful and cheerful and though I knew what I wanted she showed me two versions of the item and discussed their merits with me. Once I had chosen I was free to browse and then I found something else I liked so bought that too. Lovely shop, well laid out, quality stock.
