We were looking for a quality wok and saw it in junction 32 outlet , I haven’t use it yet but no doubt the wok is good product, the staff who serve us are friendly and able to answer the questions we ask .

My overall experience was exceptional! I visited ProCook Castleford to look at some new kitchen knives for my wife.

When entering the store I was greeted warmly, after a short time looking I was asked if I need any assistance, information or demonstrations. I answered yes to all the above as knives are not my forte!

If I remember correctly, the person that assisted me was called Mark, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He talked me through every possible option, from entry level to the top of the range and even got the different knives out to get hands on to feel the difference.
I genuinely only went in to browse, I'd seen a few options online and wanted an in person view. However, the level of service and information provided assured me I was buying the perfect items.
My wife loves the knives! She was making any excuse to use them after she was gifted them, slicing apples at 10.30pm just to see how thin she could get the pieces!

The pan is fabulous to use and aftercare is essential to clean it properly as the person who sold it to us told us ,the assistant was very helpful

We were welcomed into the shop and the assistant was friendly and very knowledgeable, she explained the qualities of the chefs knife I bought and how to look after it.
