I went looking for a thin sharp fish filleting knife, and was not disappointed, but what made the purchase more special as the lovely Assistant who was so thorough in her help to find the right knife among the many stocked. Sadly I didn't get her name but she worked in the Glaashoughton, Junction 32 store on Friday 28th Sept 2026 - she was excellent

We were looking for a pan set that would be light for me as I struggle to lift the ones we have. The lady in junction 32 branch was very knowledgeable and helped us to choose by her recommendation and gave us the features that would suit us. We paid for the set and went shopping whilst she put it together for us. We were very impressed with the service she gave us.

A pleasant shopping experience
ProCook has lots of interesting things. I wanted a birthday present. The salesperson and I had a brief and pleasant chat. I picked what I liked but wasn't sure about whether it was suitable. No pressure from the salesperson to buy, no talking me into buying it. They just let me leave - with a smile on their face. I think they knew I'd be back. When I went back, they greeted me with a smile, gave me some advice and served me pleasantly. Who could ask for more?
