House insurance: after a no claims first year with no changes, renewal was almost 40% higher despite lower crime in the area. No reason given and the help line cut opff twice, the moment they identified the policy. Suspicious , huh? Perhaps they just wanted new business back in 2025 and do not wish to have existing customers anymore?

To be honest it was no trouble as you take the payments automatically. Plus we was very pleased with the price reduction for this year. Hoping we get one on our house insurance next month hopefully🤔x

Do not use this insurance, they leave you stranded with kids, and tell you, they dont cover certain points...then what was the point of buying this expensive policy from.you!!! I am still waiting for a phone call and someone to arrive

I have been a Privilege customer for many years, when I used to receive hard copy of my renewal documents. Now you require me to go through a login/password process, which I find to be impossible due to "micro text" on the form to access my account. I am aged 77 and have restricted digital capacity (it has taken some time to write this message!). I wish to have all my contracts and agreements available to my executor in case of my death. Can you please send me HARD COPY OF MY RENEWAL DOCUMENTS. S MacPherson

The company sent me notification well in advance of my renewal date.
I hoped they would give me a price comparison, but unfortunately not.
Renewed by direct debit which was better than risking being uninsured.

Well my car insurance is fine but we tried to add another car onto our car insurance and was quoted £90 a month for car which has less value than my main car
I would of thought it would either be the same but not that much
We are having to search for other companies

Good to be able to speak to a person as renewal quote too high. I was able to get a lower quote nearer to my budget

Called to renew House Insurance, explained I found the renewal price high as a pensioner living on my own, young man was very helpful and managed to renew at a price I could afford.
Unfortunately did not take a note of his name, Saturday morning 9 th May early.
