The most garbage website for claims
The most garbage website ever coded by incompetent developers. The whole website for submitting insurance claims is broken (lo and behold, what a coincidence, I cannot open claims where they have to give me money back!), nobody answers the customer service calls and the facebook page messages. The links are all broken, and there's a "lorem ipsum" text on the page, clear indication that some people shouldn't be software developers at all. What a scam, I am paying for this garbage insurance and I cannot even submit claims. Well done!

Hus sikering did not cover a clogged…
Hus sikering did not cover a clogged sewer line 15 meters in the tube behind the kitchen sink. This blocked sewer tube was clered only by my privately owned high pressure washer and high pressure "channel rat".
Now it shows that the pump of the dishwasher has been damaged and the dish washer failed to work.

Not worth it! Bad customer service!
I have had 2 claims with this company. I am so frustrated because with the first claim it was denied, I emailed to ask why, no one answered. I am now currently in a second claim and its been 2 weeks since I reported it and the person who is in charge refuses to call me or email me back. I have called 5 times and emailed and I always get random people trying to help because the person responsible for my case, never gets back to me. I recently switched to Privatsikring, and it was a terrible decision, as I am in a situation that needs attention, an they are simply not proactive!
