I needed to do a simple large transfer EUR => GBP and it went really smoothly with them. Great platform and customer experience.

Great experience!
We bought our first property and were a little worried about transferring money from abroad, knowing that the process of buying property can be quite intimidating and stressful.
Fortunately, Privalgo supported us, and Jess and Richard were very helpful in guiding us through the transaction process and provided us with excellent advice. We appreciate their personal attention, proactive communication, and overall excellent service. Privalgo is highly recommended and we look forward to use their service again.

Great service
First time dealing with Privalgo after being let down by our bank while transferring (or rather trying to transfer) money from France to the UK. The service was first class, Louis has been excellent at explaining how it all works, without putting any pressure to use Privalgo, and took the time to guide me through the steps even doing a test with a token amount to check the process worked and we were happy with it. Very quick, efficient and helpful. Highly recommend.

These extra charges make the value of the exchange less competitive. What is most frustrating is that the charge is never highlighted in the the process and can be most annoying.
