Tyre pressure warning after 2 new tyres.
2 new tyres and shortly after driving away the tyre pressure light comes on. They clearly didn't check manufacturers instructions and just guessed.

I have to honestly say that I have never been in such a professional, polite and supportive garage. I have been to so many garages that rip you off but with this business, it’s a warm welcome and a way to fix the issues in hand. The ladies on reception-yes ladies, are so knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Some people may find it strange that women know so much about vehicles but these ladies who also have a lady director are 100% on the ball. I strongly recommend this outfit for vehicle issues. can't speak highly enough of them, yes extremely busy however they are a relativley big outfit so this is positive as plenty use them, if they can they are flexible, reasonably priced and after 3 visits in recent weeks I have no reason not to trust them and any work I need will be going to them, thank you for looking after me
Simply tried to give them my business!
I recently moved to Telford and was looking for a local VW specialist. Their website was pretty impressive, so I filled out the "request a quote form" which pinged back an immediate, "thanks, we'll be in touch within 24hrs" auto respsonse. So far, pretty slick.
After 48 hours and no response, I thought I'd give them a call. We are all busy at work, but on three separate occasions the phone just rang out.
Mentioned this on a Facebook post and instead of a courteous response saying they're sorry and to get in touch, they simply block you from their page... what a hilarious way to go about bringing in new business, especially in this economic climate.
I drive about 45k miles per year, so I reckon thats at least 4 services, tyres and repair work they've lost from me every year, plus anything on the other half's car.
Fortunately, I found an excellent VW specialist only half an hour away with a much higher review rating...that did answer the phone and booked me in. Your loss Priorslee!
Very disappointing experience with priorslee motors,a simple diagnosis chech for a light on the dashboard ie seat belt was missed. Although advised within a hour the fault was rectified, on picking up the car 500 metres down the road the alarm was flashing again. The report was run of some 20 minutes after I dropped the car and charged £88.00 for the privilege, took the car back and told it would be another 8 days before they could at it again. Feed with the alarm going off constantly so looked under drives seat a found the issue my self.
Always straightforward and honest. Reliable service. Happy to help you out with questions or queries like when the lovely Sophie gave me free impartial advice on a van I was thinking about buying. Would definitely recommend 😊
I recently had to my Jaguar XF to PMS for an electrical power steering issue. PMS did a full diagnostic and managed to fix the issue at the same. This only cost me £60 whereas other garages were quoting me close to £3000. This has shown me that PMS work with the utmost integrity and I can trust these people. I even asked them to take a look at my dads Jaguar quite late in the day and noone said no or frowned upon the time and they were all happy to help and accommodate. Very satisfied with my experiences so far. Thank you, Harmeet. (White Jag)
Very reliable and competent, friendly staff.
On our way back from a week away 100 miles from home and we got a puncture Googled the nearest place and this came up we waited a few minutes for someone to check the tyre it needed a new one the receptionist phoned round for one as they didn’t have one it stock they even went to pick it up with in an hour it was picked up and fitted couldn’t thank them enough even offered us coffee while we waited brilliant staff brilliant service
Very poor, grease and dirt all over the car after having new tyres.
Didn't put back wheel nut covers and managed to lose all of them within 10 minutes.
Refused to replace them even though the fitter remembered removing them, 'couldn't care less' attitude
Having used PMS few times now and recently took my piccasso for evr vacuum solinoid replaced yet again service outstanding . Very reliable proffesional friendly staff. As a bonus PMS also offer payment plan which i have used in the past. Would recomend to everyone
