Very happy with my bike and I feel it's a great value product. Clearly very well thought out design with all the right touches where it matters. I wanted to modify the gearing and customer service was extremely prompt and helpful. I highly recommend priority bikes.

I value maintenance-free urban biking and had a belt drive Priority bike before the Continuum, but it was destroyed by a car when I was hit by a car in Portland. I upgraded to the Continuum and it has been an amazing perfect urban bike. While it is heavy, the continuous gearing more than makes up for it, changing the entire biking experience. Whether moving or stopped, you can change the gearing continuously to perfectly match the terrain and your preferred pedal cadence. The integrated bike lights powered by the hub generator ensure that safety is maintained even when biking at dusk or night while avoiding the concern of theft. Speaking of theft, the bike also has theft-resistant locking nuts on the wheels and seat which I didn't realize when I bought it - I bought a separate set from Priority which they were kind enough to refund when I realized my mistake. When I bought my first Priority bike, they were a small company. Now they are much bigger and you can see why. Highly recommended

I wanted a bike with hub gears so was very pleased to be able to find Priority and a bike with hub gears and belt drive. So superior to open gear bikes with easy reliable gear changes. Also very smooth.

I live at the beach in NE FL, I was going through a bike every 2/3 years due to salt air corrosion,so fingers crossed. You guys should get more exposure at all the little bike shops up and down the coast. This is a major issue here and you guys nailed it. Thanks !

In my opinion, they went above and beyond to make sure my Priority (which was over a year old) was sitll bringing me the satisfaction as originally intended. Bella is very responsive and helpful . It is very important to us to be able to reach someone right away . You wouldn't believe how difficult it is to connect to many wholesalers . The 24 inch bikes are amazing . We have had great feedback form customers and from our techs .

What did Priority get right? They gave me peace of mind that my electric bike would be fixed and back on the road as soon as possible. In the wild west of e-bikes right now, Priority's 2 year warranty stands out and is peace of mind. They directed me to a bike shop who troubleshooted and solved my electrical issues on my bicycle. Personal communication over the phone and email is important to me and important to the people at Priority as well. This is my second bike from them because I trust them.

My wife and I recently completed construction of a new home along Highway 30A in Florida. We wanted bikes for our family and friends to ride that would be long-lasting, low-maintenance and cool-looking for riding through neighborhoods along the coast. We found the perfect fit at Priority. Great bikes, great colors and the customer service we received was phenomenal! Bella, in particular, was wonderful as she guided our decisions throughout the process, including giving us a great tour of their facility in NYC on one of our visits to the city. We ended up with a collection of 10 great Coast bikes. So happy with our purchase and excited about creating new memories with friends and family on our bikes! We cannot give a stronger recommendation to anyone shopping for bikes.

Now that is a 5 Star experience! Lots of research before buying after my well known brand bike rusted away here at the beach. Absolutely love the bike (beach cruiser), the belt drive...so smooth, and that the bike is sealed against the elements is huge here in coastal Central Florida. When I ride my bike in the rain to surf, there's no PITA clean up needed after. Ease of use...off the charts! Wanted to upgrade my seat and the team at Priority was on it. They also recommended the right surfboard rack for my new beach cruiser.

So, great bike...check. Nuts good service...check. I wish there were more companies like them. Thank you Priority and Daryl! You guys rock!

The bike is everything advertised and exactly what I was looking for. The inner tube did have a hole in it, so we had to go to a local bike shop to get it replaced. Customer service not only reimbursed us for the part and labor, but apologized for the experience and sent a spare tube less than a week later!

Priority is the name and comes through in the products and service. Love the bikes, exactly as advertised! Quick delivery, spot on assembly instructions. Best in class across aspects of customer minded product and service. Thank you!

All needed tools are included, assembly doesn't take much expertise (took me about 2hs including accessories like bike rack & bell), and the videos are well done and precise. I've been biking through very unpleasant weather for two weeks now and it's been, well, smooth riding.

The support team was fantastic—they answered my questions quickly and helped me move forward with the assembly process without any delays. The bike itself looks great and rides beautifully.

A few notes on the setup and shifting:

Battery & Charging: My pinion gearbox battery arrived completely dead. The charger instructions are minimal (the box only notes that "flashing red" is an error). Initially, mine flashed a red-red-green sequence, but after leaving it plugged in for a while, it switched to flashing green and began charging normally.

The Shifting Experience: It does take some time to unlearn old cycling habits. Unlike a traditional derailleur, you have to avoid shifting under a heavy load. I’ve found that downshifting preemptively before the load is heavy makes for a much smoother experience. I also need to unlearn needing to pedal to shift gears!

This bike was a gift to myself to celebrate getting back on the road after a three-and-a-half-month recovery from a cycling crash with a vehicle. It feels incredible to be riding again, and I couldn’t be happier with this choice!

I contacted Priority Bike by email and they responded within hours on the same day. I needed a part, they sent me a link to order, I ordered it and had the part all the way out in California within 3 days. This was around New Years so the service and turnaround was even more impressive.

I bought the folder about 6 months ago and it was exactly what I was looking for so I bought another one for my wife. We live and travel the world on a sailboat and the belt drive is a big plus becuase no rust or grease. The hub shifter is another game changer because there is no derailed to break or corrode. Our bikes are abused in this environment and these bikes are the best I have found over many years.
