Poor quality and not as described items
I don't know where to start. Personally I can't recommend them at all. Everything looked fine until first problems happened. I've ordered Mega deal customised pack with additional items and mentioned from beginning that I want everything to be embroidered front and back. No printing on clothes. My big order was shipped in 2 separate parcels. I've only received 1 parcel (with 1 item inside) as courier lost second one. Fair enough it happens to everyone and not seller's fault. Received item was NOT as described and not even remotely similar to gilet which was on photos - different design with poor quality fabric and poor peeling off print at the back. Only front embroidery was acceptable. I've contacted them with my concerns and I was told that they are waiting for response from courier. That was already over a month since I've paid and placed order. I was told that as a gesture of goodwill they can reprint all order. Gesture of what? I've paid for whole order. Parcel should be fully insured so there's no loss for them. I've said I'm not satisfied with that solution as received item is of poor quality so rest will be exactly same and based on that I've asked for refund. Few days later I've received a phone call from Karen (company director) and was basically fobbed off that whole order was made as described in first place and quality is great with excuses like they can't make big embroidery at the back as it rips fabric in pieces. My old embroidered polo had much bigger embroidered logo which still looks like new despite being washed dozens of times. Again I've heard about doing me a favour and reprinting order. I've asked for a refund and was told NO REFUND. I've suggested escalating case to PayPal and I was told I can do it if I want. Original order was placed on 12th of MAY. On 24/06 I've opened claim with Paypal and attached detailed description with lots of photos. Print Related HAVEN'T even responded at all to claim. Not even once. On 14/07 I've asked Paypal to step in. Seller still haven't responded within deadline (21/07). Totally unprofessional which is very disappointing. Case was closed in my favour and I got my refund. I'm glad that I've used PayPal and they've seen all information provided by me. I've wasted 2,5 MONTHS of time and still have no products. I'm glad that some people are happy with their orders but for me it didn't work especially with lack of communication/updates from seller since problems started. I will look elsewhere.
