Do Not Order Fleece

The blanket overall is fine. The pictures and placement are both fine. I do not like the fleece. It looks cheap and worn. The pictures don't look as good as they could. I wish I had chosen a different fabric.

Really disappointed as I ordered two…

Really disappointed as I ordered two items and only one arrived? Was for a gift for a specific date!? I contacted the company and they will send in the next 7 working days when I paid a lot for delivery so it would come in time!?? Im not very confident that it will arrive and I as it was for a gift it’s so frustrating as there not even sending it quickly although it’s there mistake! Be very careful ordering with this company!!!!!

I paid for 4 canvas purchases and only…

I paid for 4 canvas purchases and only received 2 of my purchases. I tried to call the phone number that is listed 407-324-4816 and it immediately disconnects. The amount for the purchase was immediately withdrawn from my bank account. I have received no updates on the purchase. What phone is available to track my purchases? The purchases were made on 2/5/26. I have no reference number.

Delivery dates not met when promised

I was told I received my delivery before February.The tenth today is february , the thirteenth and I am still waiting on my delivery. You would think if you had an order of three hundred and fifty dollars , they would give you free shipping , but not this company.

Avoid this company at all costs!

Avoid, avoid, avoid this company at all costs!!!!
I ordered 5 photo books from them, all of which were printed incorrectly with the cover pages misaligned by a good half an inch. They look bad. The print quality in general is also poor.
I contacted their support (only available via a badly structured support page on their website) and received a reply asking for more info (even though that info had been included in my initial support ticket). I provided the requested info but didn't hear back from them. Attempted to contact them again but their support email address doesn't accept replies.
I opened a second ticket asking them to respond to the first, and got an obviously AI-generated response that made no sense. Attempted to reply to that, and it also bounced back.
Opened a third ticket. Still no response.
Their website has a "request a call back" link but it just takes you to the same support form.
It appears they respond to customer complaints here on Trustpilot, but they don't actually follow up afterwards and deliver on what they say they'll do.
Bad quality products, bad quality customer support.
Don't waste your time or money!

My only negative here is that it is not…

My only negative here is that it is not easy. I had to redo and redo and I didn’t see anywhere that it was back to back and I had added pictures with birthday date and the printed one didn’t show it. Also I had 3 coupons and wanted to use the 3 for all the same calendar and I haven’t been able to figure it. No where to call.

Be aware of your outcome

I thought the blanket would be thicker. It is very thin and not comfortable. Also you can't pick your colors and ours came out dark.

Order ref: 45172669 - Customer service and quality of product is awful & they don't care about either!

PrinterPix is truly awful.

I've had good experiences with other personalised printing companies, whereby if the product isn't up to scratch, they refund you.

PrinterPix is the polar opposite.

They keep repeating that I saw a proof. I did see a proof, but the print I received didn't live up to that; the quality was awful.

I also bought 2 calendar vouchers, which I can't risk using now due to the quality issue.

They won't refund those, as they said I would have had to request a refund within 7 days.

Since when was 7 days a reasonable return period?

Especially for a voucher that hasn't even been used.

The worst part is, it took them 2 weeks to bother to reply to me, so I would never have been within their 7-day window anyway.

This has now been going on since before Christmas.

First, due to them missing the 'rush' delivery date I paid extra for, and second, due to the quality issues.

They offered my 70% off a reprint or £5 off a new order: why would I risk either of those options?

70% off also seems to be standard on their website anyway, so how is that a suitable resolution?

The only thing they've done is refund the postage.

I'm so bored of trying to get this resolved. I'm sure they are hoping I'll give up, but I at least need to warn other customers about their complete lack of care.

Low-quality products, and no desire to look after their customers by honouring their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee on their website.

Disgusting. AVOID this place.

Customer Service is the worst

Created a photo book, asked for help as I was being charged too much against the code I had received, and 12 days later, they have not had the decency to get back to me at all.

So having received a comment on here from Printerpix to say they had contacted me, they have not sent an email, so I have gone to another company to get my book printed. Would strongly advise not using them at all.
