Absolutely godawful company. Happy to take your money but then completely ignore any attempts you make to contact their customer service team. They've disabled all telephone lines and no longer have a live chat feature on their website so the only way you can get in touch is by email, to which they do not respond.

I found it easy to upload photos and arrange them how I wanted. I liked that I could easily add backgrounds and effects. The end result is great quality and I appreciated how quickly it was delivered.

Printerpix is fantastic. I'm so happy with the quality of your product. I will definitely recommend it.

I had the basic option for a photo book and it was excellent quality. Very happy.

Easy to load photographs into template. Quick turn around product received was exactly as laid out and was of excellent quality. Would highly recommend the phot books. This was my third book and extremely impressed. 5 stars

Edit to reply to printerpix. This is the first communication I've had from them dispite numerous emails. I have images of the priview. And that looks nothing like the final result. What's the point in having a privew function when that's not how the final product will look? In the preview it looks perfect.

I ordered a printed cushon for my sons birthday. But I was extremely disappointed with it. The top and bottom of the image had been cropped off. Ive tried contacting printer pix but I'm only getting bots. I can't get through to a person. It's such a shame cause the quality of the cushon is really nice and I would've liked to order another one, but I'll definitely be avoiding them now.

Horrendous company - do not use.
Have emailed over 10 times to try and get a reprint of my item. Promised the earth and nothing. Now ignoring my request for a refund.

Absolutely awful service. If we could give no stars we would!
We ordered our photobook nearly two weeks ago and not received it yet.
I have tried to contact them but it is almost impossible to get through on any communication. The website is non responsive!
When you click through to a problem with an order you go around in circles and then it doesn't recognise your order number that the company have given you!
This was a wedding album my wife and I put together so to say we are extremely upset is an understatement.

Excellent quality of print. Fast delivery. Really pleased with it.

I sent through a moody evening shot from our holiday in the Maldives. Unfortunately when it was printed it came back very dark and was in fact unusable as a picture. I've had to choose a similar picture and edit it in order to lighten it - which will hopefully mean that it will print better than the first one. It's annoying that I need to do this and that the first one managed to slip through any quality control without being picked up.

Delighted with the 2 recent photobooks I had made using Printerpix UK. Got a great offer using Groupon which made them even better value. I would definitely buy again.

Warning to all potential purchasers from this company

Customer service is appalling, once they have taken your money they are not interested. Having been sent the item I purchased I immediately notified the company that they printed the same picture on both sides of the cushion I had ordered, although I had supplied 2 separate photos. They acknowledged the error and advised they would send out a replacement. That was 3 weeks ago, and after multiple of attempts to contact them again to see when the item will be sent no one at the company responds.

UPDATE: after seeing this review, printerpix emailed me saying I had to send photos of the misprinted cushion, and they would send out a replacement. I emailed the pictures and surprise surprise, no response. Don’t bother wasting your time and money with this company!

Terrible service!!! Spent £60 on my first order and so disappointed. The photo was distorted, squashed and not like the proof in the order. I’ve tired the online chat and emailed with no response at all to even acknowledge my issue let alone try and respond. I will never buy from this site again.

I guess I’ll leave negative another review.

I have been trying for 5 days to get in touch with someone about my refund request the posters are awful the quality I have received is not £60 worth what so ever I have been replied to on trust pilot stating I need to contact printerpix via their email

I have contacted them prior to being told to email them no response after being told again to message and again what a surprise radio silence I want someone to reply to my original email about my issue or I will continue to post reviews on all avenues if this is what I must do to at least get a response then I will

Shocking service honestly don’t bother £60 down the drain

Terrible. First of all my delivery was delayed multiple days, the poster came crinkled and ripped straight through the packaging and the image. I have tried to contact them through the website and it kept saying error, I emailed them within their business hours with all the images and described the incident no response, i then am trying to get a team member thhrough thee AI chat and nothing. Terrible service so dissapointed for what was supposed to be a present.
