Excellent service! Had some last-minute issues with the resolution of our logos. PrintDesigns was kind enough to wait until we could provide the correct resolutions and still managed to produce and deliver the banners ordered by the next day.

Recently order a reusable jumbo charity cheque for use by our choir and went for a custom design. The whole process was straightforward and seamless and product arrived in great time. The first delivery was damaged in transit by the courier but there was no argument from Printedesigns, it was reprinted, packaged and marked fragile and sent again within a day arriving safe and sound. You judge a company on product as well as after sales service and for my part I am impressed and will definitely use again.

If you want to be respected as a client, to respond to your email, do not change the price after payment, this company is not for you.
I insist on my right to publish negative report on your company here for following reason
1. You took my money and kept them 7 days without even checking my submitted file by day number 4 before I called you and insist on it
2. I was short of time due to exhibition and you knew about this
3. I spoke to you several times by telephone asking a manager to call me back but answer was simple " A manager was busy right now or a manager is not here". He never contacted me to solve the situation
4. I felt personally abused because I speak with accent and you customer service lady interrupted me without given me chance to finish my phrase moreover she started laughing by the end of conversation
5. I said I would complain about your company and your answer was " It is your problem you can do everything what you want" Is this the right response to unhappy customer?
I express only my own opinion and this website for truly comments and my truly comments you can read above if somebody would say you are the best company it is her own opinion and her own experience.
After I came to Hello Print which is very good and helpful company, they did everything for me on time and with high quality. They called me twice with advice and I want to say them thank you so much for professionalism

why a manager did not call me when I asked twice?
Why manager does ignore customers to call them back if a customer has a problem?
Look, to put Bad mark I am giving your company chance to improve your service. You have very sensitive market and should be more customer open. I do business over 20 years and I totally know what I am talking about. I wish you company all the best in future and again my opinion you should start improvement from manager.

Extremely professional handling of our order, from initial enquiry to proofing and making content adjustments. Printdesigns also exceeded our expectations with early delivery 5 days ahead of our deadline - and the end product is amazing quality. I ordered some Easy Fold Cardboard Display Stands and they exceeded my expectations. The quality of the displays is great and the pictures printed beautifully.

We ordered 5 pull-up banners for a specific event and received a very good and quick service. Banners arrived on time and are very nice quality. Customer service is also excellent, we will be using Printdesigns again.

Recently ordered a Pegasus fabric banner stand for an upcoming exhibition. This is the second time we've used Printdesigns and, as previously, the result surpassed expectations. Communication was great as we were setting up the artwork and we recieved prompt and useful help and advice from the team as we needed a slightly non-standard size for the banner. Turnaround time was excellent and our banner arrived well packaged and on time. Quality is superb with bright and vibrant colours and we are really pleased with the result. Once again Printdesigns have proved themselves to be a helpful, trustworthy, high quality company.

What a fantastic company. The designer John Mainwaring was incredibly helpful, reasonably priced and very quick at putting our designs together. The whole process was very easy and not at all stressful, even though I placed the order only 1 week before I needed the banners. I ordered 2 for £75 roller banners and 2 Monsoon banners and they were excellent quality - couldn't fault them.
I would definitely recommend this company.

Hunter Macdonald is a full IT delivery services organisation and we've just had an exhibition bundle package produced by PrintDesigns. Everything looked great and it was delivered well within time. I would certainly use these guys again! Good job!

I ordered a roller banner to use as part of a conference display. I prepared the design myself and submitted it as a pdf. The instructions I received online and after calling the company directly were excellent. The banner arrived exactly 5 working days after placing the order. I'm really delighted with it and will have no hesitation in using them again.

Did not expect such good quality for the price to be honest. The service from start to finish was excellent and would not hesitate to recommend Print Designs to other Customers. A pleasure to deal with and will definitely use again.
