Zero trust zero communication/along with there raised payment nothinge t after van was stolen
Avoid this company — poor communication and broken promises.
My campervan was stolen on 1st May. Eight weeks later, I am still waiting for my claim to be settled.
Ten days ago, my claims handler told me verbally and in writing that the payment had been raised and a full and final settlement was being processed. I was relieved — until today, when I called to follow up and was passed to a secretary who could not explain why the payment hadn't been authorised, why no one was available to speak to me, and offered no useful information whatsoever.
The communication throughout this entire process has been poor and at times non-existent. When I finally thought we were getting somewhere, it was pulled away without any explanation.
I have been driving for 50 years. This is my first ever insurance claim. I have been patient, cooperative, and reasonable throughout. This is not how a loyal customer should be treated.
Do not use this company for your motorhome or campervan insurance.
