Horrible Horrible experience

Horrible Horrible experience, bad quality and the return process was a nightmare, I’ve NEVER encountered a website that demands ID checks just to return clothes! What a joke! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE – THEY NEED TO BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! I bought this as a Christmas gift for myself, and thanks to Princess Polly for ruining it for me!

i would give this company a 0 if I…

i would give this company a 0 if I could.y package was delivered to the wrong house, I uave reached out 2 x now to Princess Polly and No one gets back at all. Had no issues taking my $200 and delivering a package to some unknown persons house at 9.30 at night and provide a photo of the unknown house. Never will I ever orser from here again. out of Christmas presents and my money.

So disappointed 😔

My daughter bought a top from here for a Christmas party. It has just arrived and the gather on the top hasn't been sewn properly and the threads are all coming out. She is trying to sew it herself as the party is in 5 days. She saved her own money for this top, doesn't have the time to wait for a refund and has lost all confidence in ordering anything else from princess Polly. So sad.

Items Not Arriving

Items Not Arriving

Despite the order saying will deliver in 6 business days, my order has shipped from a DHL to USPS with the USPS saying awaiting the item despite showing it shipped from DHL. No movement on this shipment no estimated delivery date. Tried to cancel the order because I will not be home for the holidays to receive this order if it ever comes, but they will not allow me to cancel my order even though I have not received it! This is very much a scam type place. Insisting I wait now 14 business days instead of 6 business days. I flagged the transaction as fraud with my credit card. They are not a legitimate retailer and would do nothing to contact the shipper directly.

Clothes were sized poorly

All of the clothes a were sized horribly. I ordered several dresses, the were much longer than advertised and just didn’t look like what pictured in quality at all. I returned them for other items. The skirt I got was too loose jn the waist, yet too short. I ran into the same issue with the dress. The tops fit my body but were too tight on my shoulders. Just wasn’t great!

I would like to highlight customer service. They were amazing with helping me get my money back when the clothes weren’t working! Abby helped me, and she was absolutely great!

First time buying and its disappointed

it is first time i am buying from princess polly. Very excited for order because my friends like it. It say deliver but nothing at my door. Now they say wait 5 day. Where my packages? Bad overall experience

They gave me the wrong size recommendation which was way too big and then don't even want to refund me the whole prize if I return this with the shipping costs on me.

Reaalllyyyy long wait time

Bought from here before, no issue. Second time buying from here and its a drag. Ordered almost a month ago with no progress except ‘label generated’. There really isnt any excuse for it not to have progressed seeing as I placed by order way before black friday. Emailed twice with no luck but an automated response. I want a proper update as to the reason my order has not moved an inch for a month now otherwise i would like a refund. REALLY disappointed, seeing as my first order went so smoothly. Order no. I can see the review apologising for the lost parcel but that not really an excuse given that i can see many recent reviews saying that their parcels have been ‘lost’. Please take time to sort this out as you are losing customers

difficult to reach custumer service

difficult to reach custumer service. i did order by mistake on their site, tried to reach them as soon as possible to cancel the order( email, texts and phone), was not able to…. when i saw the carrier compagny update, i even called them (carrier company) to let them know that the package was a mistake and asked them to not ship it, they were very nice but unfortunalty the package was shipped the day after. i again tried to contact princess polly multiples times, no answers by emails or by the phone. and for the texts, it can take up to 8-10h for them to answer. I ended up pay for everything with an express shipping of 29$ on this order … and i even pay an extra 25$ shipping to send them back the package. when you finally reach them, they are not listening to your problem (they answered by texts only), they said they will do no exceptions…. i find this situation very bad. I would like my money back for this really bad experience and very poor custumer service, i feel like my money was stolen. i ordered multiples clothes from them in the past, will not order there anymore.

Poor Shipping/Delivery Service

Placed an order before an upcoming trip and was excited to use the Black Friday discount. Canada Post has been on strike for the past 10 days. Being aware of this strike myself, I still placed the order as my 3 previous orders in the last year have all been delivered by UniUni. When looking at the delivery options it did not mention Canada Post was a carrier, and as my other orders did not ship with CP I assumed this would not impact my order. When I checked the DHL tracking yesterday, it was updated with a Canada Post tracking number for final delivery. I was shocked that PP is still using Canada Post despite the strike, or at a minimum would not provide that information on checkout to their Canadian customers. When reaching out to customer service to either cancel my order or change carriers I was told there was nothing they can do since the package is already in transit. Super disappointing that this was not at least advertised at time of purchase, otherwise I would not have ordered.

Sent me wrong item, blamed me.

I ordered a shirt from Princess Polly, and when my package arrived it was the wrong shirt entirely. The shirt was labelled in error as the one I had originally wanted. I e-mailed them for help, and they assumed I had ordered the wrong one and told me to refund it. So they expect me to pay for a return that was their fault. They did not help me or offer me anything because of their error. Will not be buying from them again.

Most likely won’t be buying here anymore…

Adorable clothing, although every piece of curve clothing I bought has had weird sizing and some pieces of clothing have terrible quality for the price tag on them! and defiantly terrible after sale customer service as I bought some shoes there (WINDSOR SMITH RUBY SNEAKERS) and they gave me terrible blisters, kept coming off at the back (worn once for an hour) and all they could offer was a 25% discount code without seeing the shoes.

I purchased a $70 pair of pants

I purchased a $70 pair of pants, washed exactly as I was told and the coloring was messed up when it came out of the washing machine. I took them back to the store and they would not stand behind their product. Nordstrom’s, Alo, lululemon would stand behind their product all day long. Shame on Scottsdale fashion Square store!!!!

Great customer service and clothes

I've been ordering from Princess Polly US since 2019 and I have always had good experiences. Sizing is usually consistent and it's much better quality than SHEIN. Although you do have to pay for returns, the process is easy since they provide QR codes and convenient drop-off locations. I recently had a package theft (not Princess Polly's fault) and customer service was very quick to reply and refund me since it was a one-time situation.
