Druckqualität okay, Abwicklung mangelhaft
Die Druckqualität ist okay, aber der Verwaltungsapparat eine Katastrophe. Wir haben mehrere einfache Sachen drucken lassen - für jeden Druckauftrag gibt es Mails von 3 oder gar 4 verschiedenen Mitarbeitern und im Laufe der Jahre merkt man, dass die Fluktuation beachtlich ist. Und - wer hätte es gedacht - alles dauert und funktioniert schlecht! Trotz Erinnerungen und Nachfragen wurde immer wieder vergessen, uns Belegmuster zu schicken, wenn die Ware direkt zu unseren Kunden geht. Das ist für uns als Werbeagentur sehr übel, denn wir wissen nicht, was der Kunde bekommen hat, ob er evtl. reklamiert und weshalb... Jedes Mal hat uns Primus-Print dafür mit 3,95 Euro Nachlass abspeisen wollen und ansonsten "tut es ihnen sehr leid". Mit so einer Druckerei arbeiten wir nicht mehr zusammen.
