This company is terrible! I order items then decided I didn't want it. within 1 hour of ordering, I requested it to be cancelled and my money be returned. They said they would but took my money, and a month later I received the item. it wasn't what was pictured. trying to return it but they will not send me a return label. tried to send it back to the address on the website. it was returned to me.
My experience was terrible. I ordered an item, never received a tracking number I started contacting this company via email, to get the same response "will look into it", 4 weeks later still no communication. Finally I had to cancel the order for fear there was no order even placed but the money was deducted immediately. I would not order from PrimeGoods ever again. Even their 2 emails came through with no tracking information, their chat does not offer real assistance, and the 2 emails I did receive came through on my "junk". Save yourself the hassle. This is not a customer service friendly company
