Sample different to tile
Based on a sample I was sent I ordered a set of tiles for my garden however what I received was completely different. They were a completely different texture and looked very distressed. I have now escalated this matter.

I have used primaporcelain previously for tiles for my garden and chose to use them again as I can’t fault there service they provide. Would highly recommend as always easy to deal with and if you have any issues they are very quick at responding and sorting it out for you.

The PrimaPorcelain products were of good quality and reasonably priced. Customer service was helpful, offering samples to guide our choice. Delivery was prompt, but the need for additional tools and effort for installation was a bit unexpected. Overall, a decent experience, though a few aspects could have been smoother.
