Our experience with PriceWallace was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Jane was our main contact and from the very beginning reassured us that everything would be okay – and she truly was there every step of the way. Such a fantastic person: polite, proactive, and always finding solutions.

The rest of the team were equally supportive, and whenever Jane wasn’t around, they knew exactly what to do. They even recommended a brilliant mortgage broker and solicitor, which made our purchase and sale so much easier.

Price Wallace really do offer the full package, and I’d recommend them to anyone. Their personal touch and genuine compassion go a long way – they genuinely care about their clients!

Beware and I warn you now do now use these estate agents. They don not return calls, they leave everything to the last day, they lie about supplying evidence when no evidence was supplied, they will take your deposit for something that was not even your fault and they will blame it on you even if you have evidence that contradicts them.

Be warned... Do not use worth using another estate agents.

The professional, personable, efficient and effective approach shown by Elaine and Ellie has made the experience of renting a property through Price Wallace a good experience and one that I recommend. With a tight timescale to rent an accessible property to live with frail elderly relatives, I was really fortunate and I am very grateful to have been supported through the process by them. After researching other rental options with other letting agents I have been really satisfied with the arrangement that they negotiated for us and happy with the outcome and their attention to detail in processing our application, references and deposit. Price Wallace has given a timely and responsive approach to maintenance issues. A Digital Photographic record of every aspect of each room in the property is something that gives me confidence in the extent to which they safeguard the Tenants interest as much as the landlords.

Absolutely awful. Full of lies, extremely rude and steal your money. Keep a bargepole length away!
