After waiting two weeks for this item, I found the invoice email, utilized the enclosed link, and observed that the order has been canceled. I notice that the vendor successfully charged my card on the 8th of April, then credited me a week later on the 16th, so funding cannot be the reason the order was canceled. I also notice that this item is still listed as in-stock on their site, so that cannot be the reason this order was not fulfilled.
I also notice that the listed price of this item has increased 50%, and suspect that the vendor realized that original listed price was too low and they chose not to fulfill it in breach of contract.
I could almost understand, had it been a typo, or similar issue. But the rude way in which they never notified me caused a delay of two weeks.
I gave them the maximum time I would expect a ground shipment might take, given a few days for processing. when It was actually over due I started looking into it. I attempted to contact them twice via the published email, which is the reply to on the invoice, and haven't received any reply.
They did refund the money, even before I knew the order was canceled, so that is not an issue. But the absolute lack of response from customer service would cause me not to consider shopping here again.
