This company is a complete disgrace. My flight was cancelled, and it has now been 14 WEEKS with no refund and no real response. That is not a delay — that is outright negligence.

They ignore phone calls, give empty promises, and the agent who took my money is never available and never returns calls. There is zero communication, zero responsibility, and zero customer service. I am being completely ignored after they already took my money.

I have spent weeks chasing this company for something that should have been handled automatically. This experience has been stressful, infuriating, and completely unacceptable. If you value your time or your money, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY. Once there is a problem, they disappear.

I've used Pricebeat Travel 3 times. Twice with Dev (who is no longer with the company) and once with Sam in 2025. They were professional and I was happy with the service on all 3 occasions. I had no problems and would recommend them.

This service is a complete scam. If everything goes smoothly, you might think it's fine—just like booking directly with the airline, and in fact, you might even find better prices elsewhere online. But the moment something goes wrong, you're on your own. Don't expect any support or help—consider your money gone.

I booked 6 tickets for my family. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel them well in advance—two months before the flight. That’s when the nightmare began. After nearly 50 emails and countless phone calls (which they eventually stopped answering), I had to involve the airline directly.

We finally reached an agreement, but only after an unfair deduction of nearly 60% of the ticket cost. And even then, it took five months to get the refund.

Bottom line: if you have money to throw away and enjoy stress, go ahead. Otherwise, stay far away

I recently purchased a ticket from Pricebeat Holiday Travel for an overseas trip. I specifically requested that my return flight not be more than 60 days from the departure date to avoid incurring fines for overstaying. Unfortunately, this request was not followed. As a result, I faced significant inconvenience when I had to exit the country and re-enter, paying out of pocket for a visa.
The situation worsened when my connecting flight in Dubai was unexpectedly canceled. Despite reaching out to PB Holydays customer service, I was pressured to purchase another ticket, which I couldn’t afford due to financial constraints. The agent’s refusal to assist and the overall lack of support left me stranded in the airport for two days.

This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I urge others to consider carefully before choosing this travel agency.

I had a terrible experience with Price Beat Travel. Their communication was the worst I've encountered, and they offered no real help with my luggage allowance inquiry. Instead of providing a clear answer, they kept transferring me from one person to another, none of whom seemed to know what they were doing. The whole experience was incredibly frustrating, and it gave me the impression of a dodgy, untrustworthy service. It felt like they were more interested in passing me around than actually supporting their customers. I would definitely not recommend Price Beat Travel to anyone looking for reliable or transparent service

I bought a ticket and had to change dates. As I basically was being told that changing the seats would cost me the same to buy new tickets I decided to get the tickets refunds and bought the new tickets outright. As the time of cancellation I was told the cancellation fee and time line with was 12 weeks. This seemed absurd but as get a refund done was a better financial choice in terms of money coming back etc. I proceeded with the refund. First it was a nightmare to get the refund processed . You can never get hold of people and whole process seems very dodgy to be honest. Anyway fast forward 12 week later I still had to chase them to get thr refund done and even then try trying to short change me by not providing the whole refund and then after numerous emails and call I got my money back . This whole ordeal took me 17 weeks and various email and threat of prosecution to achieve this feat . My word of advise do not go with guys. Because if something goes wrong you and you need a refund . Say goodbye to your money.

First time when I contacted PB holidays,my call was transferred to Bikrant and Bikrant was very friendly, polite and very respectful while getting the booking and prices for us. I felt felt very safe while paying for the tickets. During his absence Binod without any hesitation helped me through few changes, Next time I will definitely consider PB holidays to book my next holidays and will ask for Bikrant.
