It is always frustrating to get your website to accept 'UK' delivery from NZ. also, I have just discovered that a voucher I purchased in May last year still shows 'not completed' delivery. This contradicts the messages I was sent. This is obviously very disappointing to those who were waiting.
the speed of delivery generally is good, and I believe that goods delivered have been as described and of acceptable quality.
