Am still waiting on delivery just keep…

Am still waiting on delivery just keep getting emails to say attenpted delivery and I was indoors all the time so not impressed
Maybe it’s the courier company Prezzybox use but then you need to speak with them as they are not doing an efficient job for your clients

Partial delivery, fighting for refund on items not received.

Order was 'partially shipped' but when I try to chase up a refund for the items never supplied I am told they were delivered. When I dispute this I am told they will have to chase it up with their delivery partner and see if I can get a refund for the items that were never delivered. If I do not receive my refund within 5 working days I will recoup through my method of payment via a dispute.

Great quality and customer service

The products are great quality, and despite suffering an inconvenience with the delivery (a candle smashed in transit), I was offered a refund quickly and efficiently. No complaints at all, would definitely shop with them again.

The feel good Calendar was very good quality but the build your own safe was packaged terribly and was very disappointing
