Poor customer service when my presentation was lost online. The button to request help did not work. I then switched to a different slide presentation provider that I am very happy with. I requested a refund from Prezi a day after the subscription was taken, and they would not refund or enter into a discussion.

I can confirm what the people recently wrote: I have also been charged although I was sure I cancelled. Upon requesting a refund (I didn't even log in to Prezi anymore, I simply do not ever need it again), I get this mail:
"Dear [name],
Thank you for contacting Prezi Support.
Based on our Terms of Service, which you agreed to upon purchasing your Prezi license, we cannot provide a refund for this transaction.
Please be advised that all decisions regarding refunds are final. We are unable to overturn or alter this decision. Further correspondence on this matter will not result in a change to the decision.
I can confirm that the subscription is canceled, so there will be no future charges connected to the account.
Your license is still valid until your subscription's expiration date.
Please let me know if you need assistance with anything else, I'm happy to help.
Kind regards,
Robert"
They aren't even considering and their company policy seems to be shit in that case. Other companies are much fairer.

I thought I had set my account to do not renew, but was charged for another year. I noticed and immediately (one day after) wrote cancelled my account and requested a refund. They denied my request, which tells me this is not a reputable company.

Quick and plenty of well-described the presentation.
I signed up for Prezi's trial to explore interactive presentations for my project causes. After an August 24 email stating my free trial would end in 7 days, I tried canceling on their website August 25, despite my unfinished sample.
The critical issue occurred when Prezi's system automatically offered an additional one-week extension from the original August 30 expiration at their expense, which I accepted as generous—but they never clarified I'd need to cancel again. Urgent priorities made me forget the account. No emails warned of the extension's end or imminent billing. When charged, the subscription was backdated to August 30, raising serious transparency concerns.
Shocked waking late September 7, 2025, I found a $176.55 charge (Transaction #**********VQQDQ9) processed at 5 a.m. while sleeping—for an unintended annual subscription. I requested a refund that day via their billing site, canceled the subscription, and got ticket confirmation detailing my lack of intent to subscribe. Yet, despite my prompt action, Prezi denied the refund September 10, 2025. Their site promotes a refund process, but the reply effectively said all requests are auto-denied and final, quoting: "Please be advised that all refund decisions are final. We are unable to overturn or alter this decision, and further correspondence on this matter will not change it." They noted I could use the account until August 30, 2026, post-cancellation—feeling like pushed acceptance of unwanted service.
This annual charge is a significant burden, especially with only brief trial use and no premium features post-extension. A monthly fee would be understandable, but annual is not when evaluating tools for my cause. I have also submitted a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau with all supporting documentation to prove the legitimacy of my concern. I respectfully urge Prezi to reconsider and issue a full refund, as this stemmed from unclear extension rules, no email notifications about the extended trial's upcoming expiration, and confusing back-dating—not deliberate purchase. This reinforces that true trust depends on transparency, and reputable revenue should come from genuine value, not practices leaving users feeling misled.

Won't let you cancel or realize that people make mistakes, and very rude customer service. You might as well get AI to respond, or maybe it is AI, who knows. I can't believe the company allows customer service to respond in that way.

I am so frustrated that I got charged nearly £300 for a subscription I didn’t want after a free trial lapsed. This is such bad practice by any organisation just to charge without any notice. I can’t even get hold of anyone to speak to about this. This has come out of my personal finances and I can’t afford it. So upset.

0 stars, do not recommend!!!! You cancel the trial yet they still deduct subscription, you contact them, they stop responding! Worst ever

I had a terrible experience with Prezi. They charged me for a yearly subscription without sending any reminder or notification before renewal, even though their own support articles claim that customers are notified by email. I checked my inbox and spam folder carefully – nothing was received.
When I contacted support, they simply hid behind their “no refund” policy instead of taking responsibility for the lack of communication. This feels dishonest and unfair.
It’s not just me – many other customers on BBB and Trustpilot reported the same issue. Prezi clearly relies on people forgetting about auto-renewals instead of practicing transparent business.
This is the worst kind of customer experience: no transparency, no accountability, and no respect for customers. I do not recommend Prezi to anyone. Stay away unless you are ready to be charged without warning and refused a refund.

I am very upset with Prezi . They have charged me unfairly after the 7 day trial even though I cancelled it on their platform. They charge the subscription at a yearly rate which is very high. Even though I got in touch with them immediately after being charged to explain that I had cancelled and that I hadn't used their services after the trial period , they refused to cancel and refund the amount. They are very unprofessional.

The new Prezi has been redesigned and is more engaging and very visually appealing. My favorite part is that now you can make a video presentation on the same app. I used Prezi when it first came out, and there were not many features before. I love all the new features and has become my favorite way to present.
Strongest visual impact.
Prezi gives the strongest visual impat in presentations. The movement adds dinamics to all the presentations and catch the attention of the people. Sadly, I noly have free version, so, I have limited access, but in spite of that, I used AI to make a presentation, and I got a very good base to develop my own complete file. I am very happy with this tool
I just tried the AI tool to make a presentation - I put in an outline of what I wanted to cover and I was very impressed with the presentation that was produced! I made some minor changes to it - but overall, it was really well done - some good images - I had to add and change some of those - but this really was a huge time saver! I have been using prezi for years and love the variety it adds to my course presentations for my students.
Great product in terms of creativity and AI integration! I was blown away by all the stuff I could do with it (see link below). I was sad the price to extend beyond the trial was so steep… So many creative ppl won’t be able to continue. But I also understand it’s necessary for business to pay their employees well!
I’ve been used Prezi for almost 7 months and it’s really amazing to organize my business special the monthly meeting
Thank you so much for each one create this amazing website
And wishing you all the best of luck and success.
Perfect. The dynamics are very good, it could just have more color and layout options, but it's excellent.
The charged me for a full year a day after my trial ended. I canceled the subscription on the first day after the trial. I contacted them and they told me they wouldn’t refund. I did not use it AT ALL. Do not recommend at all.
