WARNING Honestly the worst experience I have had with any online company. I am normally happy with PLT. The website took all details of my bank card to pay for my order, then the website refreshed to a page saying 'Oooops something went wrong with your order',
I tried again to get my order to go through, three times. Still it did not work until the fourth time when it eventually went through.
HOWEVER, I checked my bank and PLT has taken 150 pound FOUR Times leaving me without 450 pound. Their customer service has been appalling, nobody is willing to read my explanation and plea to get my money back. I have spent hours waiting for my banks to take my calls over the last two weeks, so not only have they taken 450 pound they have also caused a massive phone bill and offered no support of any support in order to help their customer. STILL I have no word from PLT or reassurance. Be aware when there is a 'technical fault' on their website to check your bank, because for me they took my money and are not willing to help me, I am still 150 pound times four down and I am still waiting on ANY form of clear and helpful communication (Ive tried twitter, their plt, WhatsApp, their facebook messenger, instagram and complaints) .
I have never had a problem like this with any other brands such as boo hoo, misguided, in the style, nasty gal.

Overpriced, terrible materials
Definitely better than Boohoo, but the materials are still horrible, everything is so thin and the materials are usually itchy and uncomfortable on the skin.
In the past, I have experienced that when returning, I received less than I paid for because the clothes have been discounted in the meantime... I’ve never experiences this in any other stores, online or in real life.
You’re better off shopping in Penneys / Primark.

I ordered items on the 1st September for delivery on the 7th September, i contacted PLT as they said that i have to wait until the 18th September for a refund/resend of the items. I requested a phone number and was told they do not have a phone number as they are an online based company. Constantly being fobbed off with the same reason that they cannot refund yet as the courier company may find the item, i contacted the courier company and they have not received the item and suggested i request a refund from the company. The outcome is this company just does not care about there customers only that they are making money, they have no designated complaints department. I expected much more from a company of this size and definitely will not recommend or use this company again.

Wrote a review like 2 weeks ago on the quality of the clothes and decided to give it another go and omg wish i hadn't wasted all that money on absolutely horrible clothing honestly primark does better quality clothes then plt they clearly just care about money and not about quality I've given up wont be ordering anymore on plt clothes

Arrived quickly, the clothes look fab! Make sure to check the material, because one of the dresses my daughter got is so thin that you can see her underwear. Overall it is a good website but make sure you check the material before you buy.

I love the clothes on this website but the quality is literally so bad, for the trouser/leggings. I've ordered many and normally do a big order when I see the sale and nearly all the leggings I received, you could clearly see my underwear 😭. I actually had people stare at me and laugh and it was only when I went home i realised you could see my white knickers as if they were a beach cover up. I was lucky I didn't wear black ones underneath. I'd just be so disappointed if I paid full price for these, really bad quality.

Their jackets coats are much better quality and shoes are comfy. I did order a small in a bomer jacket that wasn't titled oversized but it came and it felt like a size 18 but quality wise was great. I ordered a dress size 8 which is more of a 10 and thats black nut see through. I'd be careful of leggings specially the light colour ones, gym leggings aren't as bad.

I am more annoyed I can't wear any of my new things. I wouldn't even lowered the price I'd just recommend the quality improved.

I gave 4 stars because I absolutely love PLT their clothes and prices, I’ve ordered a few times from them and it was 😍amazing. The reason I won’t give 5 stars is because I made a mistake in my name for my order and I wish there was a way to change it but no I couldn’t anyways it says my order is delivered and signed but I don’t have it I’m not sure what to do I’m very upset because this order I really wanted but I still have not got it till this day. But other than that I do enjoy ordering from PLT takes about 1-2 weeks from Ireland, Galway

Really happy with customer service, quick reply’s. Chelsea and her team was really helpful with my situation
