I put the right address but the wrong postcode on my order and didn't notice till the day before delivery was due. I rang Presto and without any fuss they recalled the order and then sent it on to me - and without charging me for the postage for the second delivery - great service! I have ordered several CDs from them and they have always arrived safely and in excellent condition.

I have bought music from Presto for several years.Orders are dealt with promptly and goods dispatched with alacrity. On the very rare occasion that something has gone amiss the issue has been addressed and resolved with the utmost speed. Presto music accepted an order for 14 copies of a publication - and their website indicated delivery within a week. On chasing after 2 weeks, only 9 of the 14 were delivered - and they are now saying they cannot get the remaining 5 from their source and won't give a delivery timescale. It has now been nearly 6 weeks. Despite this - their website still shows despatch of the item would be 5-7 days. Don't trust the website at all - it clearly does not give the genuine picture.

We ordered a music book with CDs in November. When it arrived, there were no CDs. We informed Presto immediately and their first reaction was a more polite version of "Tough - it's not available". We did not accept this and they did eventually agree to get hold of the CDs (which are available separately). But three months and many emails later, no CDs, no refund and they have stopped replying to emails. Next step is trading standards and the credit card provider to get our money back. It is easy for a company to appear to have good customer service but it is when something goes wrong that you really find out what they are like.

In November I ordered the piano score for one of my favourite musicals for a friend of mine for a Xmas present, knowing he'd absolutely love it! But first Presto told me that it would only get to me a few days before Xmas, so they said they'd deliver it straight to my friend (wouldn't be wrapped then of course, but I agreed, knowing it would still be a fantastic pressie) but then they told me it wouldn't be delivered to him in time for Xmas and then, in January, they told me that they didn't have it at all. It was ordered from another source and they never got it so I didn't ever get it, nor did my friend. Very disappointing service from this company.

I placed an order last Friday at 6.00am and paid for tracked 24hrs. I would have hoped that it would have been sent that days it was in stock. Instead it was not processed until today, Monday. I have spent well over £350 with you since I first started shopping with you earlier this year.

Living in New Zealand, I put in an order for CDs to Presto - a company I’ve dealt with before - but a clerical error on Presto’s part resulted in my CDs landing in New Caledonia (which I found out via Royal Mail). I e-mailed Presto three times before they replied, saying they were just too busy to attend to my problem. So I don’t know when - or if - I’ll get my CDs. Does Presto care?

I bought a cd from Presto in September and it turned out that it had a fault. After contacting them about this, they were super accommodating, ordering a new copy and sending it to me without me having to return the faulty cd. Top marks for customer service! I will definitely be using this company again for future orders.

I’ve found Presto Music’s website frustrating to use — navigation feels clunky and it’s surprisingly difficult to leave feedback directly on their platform. While the Google ratings look impressively high, my own experience doesn’t match that picture. Accessing the site and trying to interact as a customer has been far less smooth than expected. The delivery dates are extremely poor from placing an order. The interaction with customer service is not nice. Curt and I’m tired of you replying from them is in my humble opinion their mantra. I’d encourage Presto to make their site more user-friendly and transparent, especially around reviews, so customers can share honest experiences without obstacles. Nothing wrong with the music although I’d wish not to be prompted to delve into online downloads so much. If the customer service and delivery turnaround could match the quality of the music,,,
