I just wanted to share my bad experience with the Warrington branch of this company.

I had a knocking sound around the front left wheel and I wanted my cigarette lighter fixed so I left the car with representative of this branch on Thursday afternoon.On the next day i received a call from this branch that my car is ready .
After i paid 56£ I got the code for the lock box and I got my car key back.I found out that my cigarette lighter is working but the knocking sound persists.On next Monday I gave this branch a call asking what they have charged me for when they haven’t done anything apart from changing a fuse for the lighter .I’ve been explained that they have tried to sort the problem with the knocking sound but they haven’t found what’s the issue .

I’ve been told that the money I’ve paid are for the technician checking my car.

So with few words these people lied to me that my car is ready and then they robbed me with more than 50£ .

And at the end the representative who explained all that on the phone said .. we did the job ..we replaced the fuse .

Total waste of time. Phoned on Friday the 28th April for a quote. Call was returned with quote and from options of following Wednesday or Friday, chose to drop the car off on the Friday (5th). After arriving at the wrong address not clear from website or instruction, turned up at 08:30 to be told that the car had been booked in 7 hours before I called at 08:00 on the 28th. Reaction was 'we can't do anything, but you can leave it with us and we will try and make a start'. Explaining I had booked before a long drive which was ignored, I told them I would call them when I could arrange the following week. Phoned back to see how quickly I could have the repair completed, was advised it would be the following Friday. Inference, they would have kept the car for a week trying to fit it in. Total joke and no interest in customer service. Unlike David Paul, who are excellent! Go there.
