We bought two Rosendahl Soft Spot LED…

We bought two Rosendahl Soft Spot LED Lamps in a Swedish shop, living in Germany. After only a few months both lamps got defective, so it is obvious that the quality is very poor.
Rosendahl customer service refused to help us directly and only referred to the shop and let us having a bad experience with their products. I would never buy again a product from Rosendahl, as this manner is not customer centric in the 21st century.

Very poor packaging, and customer service...

We ordered a sculpture for a gift for Christmas beginning of December. It was sent in a very lightly protected box, and the sculpture arrived broken. We contacted customer support with a photo as proof - they took 4-5 days between each answer, then didn't want to send us a replacement and asked to receive back the damaged sculpture first, only to tell us one month later that they were not handling replacement but we should order (and pay) a new one on the website...

Bad customer service

this company handles complaints in a very poor way and does not take responsibility when their products do not measure up. Steer clear, choose other brands that have better quality and customer service!

I got enough

I got enough, I have just been throwing out all my glass articles from this company, I had 12 large glass plates, 12 medium glass plates, 12 small glasses and 12 medium size glasses from this company, all of it looked nice when I purchased it. But after a while the glass stop shining, it became grey/white filled with glass plague. The company argues that I have not been adding the correct dosage in my disswasher which is a lot of bullocks. I have glasses frome Menu and Bodum where this never has happend. I have now bought glasses from an Italian company which guarentees that this never happens to their products. The Rosendahl design looks fine, but the quality is more than lousy. My advice avoid this company.
