very bad

very bad, I booked a 2-night stay for me and my family through booking.com in president suits apartment, juffair, Bahrain. the offer was 32 Dinars for 2 nights.

Now, When I arrived at the reception, he claimed there was a "server" mistake with booking.com, and instructed me to cancel my booking reservation through booking.com, I did so, and I was surprised he charged me a 55 Dinar and I paid it cash on the desk, also, he did not inform me that there will be a cancellation charges, my Card was being charged, fortunately there was no balance. and booking.com has it there will be no charges if it has been canceled.

I only stayed for one night and will never ever visit them or their group again, they lied to me.
