"Delivery in 3–5 days"… that's a good one. More like 3–5 weeks if you're lucky. Communication? Zero, Funny how my order was only *magically* dispatched after my chargeback was settled, followed by a charming email threatening legal action. Brilliant customer service. 🤣 Avoid at all costs.

I have been shopping with Preppersshop.co.uk for a while now and I have to say, they're a shop you can rely on for all your camping and prepping needs. I highly recommend them.

I placed a purchase order in the 29th of June 2026 and paid £46.51 for 2 x Lifesaver Bottle Pouches, purchase order number 33397999.

It has now been 9 days ( 7 working days ) and I am still waiting for the Lifesaver Bottle Pouches to be dispatched.

I am usually patient, but I am increasingly getting frustrated with waiting for the purchase order delivery.

Could you please enquire as to when the Lifesaver Bottle Pouches will be dispatched please?

Always get what I ordered when it says I will, make getting kit I need easy

Great service yet again, always on the phone ready to help and advise.Delivery always when stated.

Entry level knife purchased £10ish to open boxes at work. Buckled back on itself exactly one month from purchase. Informed them about it and send them a photo of the broken knife. Their awful customer service proceeded to tell me everything I’d done with the knife like I was bear grylls. I didn’t care about the knife as I purchased two but to defend one of their products that was defeated by cellotape was laughable. Avoid this company.

Excellent product, unfortunately very slow delivery

A month they had my payment for a lifesaver jerrycan tap. After over weeks, I contacted them via email (they don't have a landlines to call them) and was told that there was a supplier problem. Was told that they could send a black one for my blue jerrycan, or I could wait a bit longer for the blue one I ordered, so I said I'd wait a little longer for the blue one. 4 weeks later and nothing. I contacted them again and they said they had a green one. By then, I'm sitting on a brick during a heatwave and had to go with the green one, just so I could purify water. Over a month from when I paid them, until getting the replacement tap and not the colour I wanted the month before. Will I use them again...no, definitely not. Jim-bob outdoors from YouTube also had a lot of trouble with them too, just wish I'd deen that video before I purchased from them.

No communication regarding slow dispatch of order, only replied to my emails when I was asking why my order was taking so long, took a month to arrive

* Products sold as in stock but in fact weren’t even in the country.

* No communication regarding delays (Unless you reach out first).

* Items delivered damaged.

I wouldn’t use them again

I have made several small orders over the last year.
Things are extremely busy. That said communication is good and alternative swop out stock or refunds are not an issue.
In the current climate dont expect you order next day however they continue to be an excellent resource to my preparation

The bergen looks brand new, no name or number or any sign of use.

Order dispatched quickly and the ammo box arrived within few days.
Generally in very good condition, but a wind of gaffa tape would have stopped the metal handles scratching the sides.
The boxes have heavy-duty folding lever-lock clasp for secure closure, but aren't locking without fitting locks.

We ordered a backpack from them, heard nothing for weeks so we chased multiple times for an update only to finally, after weeks of waiting, be told that they didn't have the item in stock.

We then asked for a refund, which they said would take up to 7 days to process, and we still haven't received it despite contacting them again to chase it up.

We've now had to resort to requesting a chargeback through our bank, which is frankly frustrating and lots of extra admin.

They never initiated contact with us throughout the entire process, it was always us chasing them up.

Do not buy from them, they're dishonest and will hold onto your money for months.
