Exceptional service ( Nivya )
Today my electricity went off I had no bank card to top up or no phone credit to make a phone call untill my daughter would come home but not for another 5 hours
A lovely lady called Nivya took my call via prepay powers free call number the really kind lady put me at ease and in minutes she had my electricity back on she is truly a lovely kind helpful person I am very very grateful for her help

They promise referral bonuses and simply don't pay
I'm extremely disappointed with PrePay Power. They advertise a referral bonus program promising rewards for bringing in new customers, but in practice this is nothing more than false advertising. I've already referred THREE people to the company, all of whom became customers, and to this day I have not received a single one of the promised bonuses.
I've contacted them multiple times and gotten no resolution — just empty promises and stalling. It's unacceptable for a company to use this kind of strategy to attract customers and then simply ignore the commitment they made.
If you're thinking about referring friends or family expecting to receive the bonus, don't believe it. Based on my experience, it's just bait to get more customers, with no real intention of honoring what was promised.
I am cancelling my account with PrePay Power and I do not recommend this company to anyone. Lack of transparency and lack of respect for the customer.
Do not trust this company's bonus promises.
Let me know if you'd like it shorter, more formal, or with specific dates/amounts included to make it even stronger.
Part 2. They said they would get in touch, but nothing happened – which just goes to show their lack of commitment to customers and makes you realise the sort of promises this company makes. Don’t believe them; look for another supplier.

The support I have received has always been fantastic.
The service is well managed but my concern is the pricing and tariffs. It's very handy to budget but it costs more. If you are happy with direct debit payments I would look elsewhere.
