Scammers preying on the vulnerable

Scammers preying on the vulnerable. cancelled Mum’s policies last year and told them she has Alzheimer’s and remove her details. They contacted her again this month (just found out). Why can’t the authorities shut these companies down?

this company has changed the name to Apex Assure and they are still scamming people , beaware that this is a call canter and not an inssurance company . when they changed the name they have taken more money from their clients because they have stored the information about the bank cards

Diddle Merchants a Go-Go

My dad is 82, and he signed up with this company a few years ago. His oven malfunctioned, and he quickly found that they won't pay out, and they are very likely to provide you with a string of lame excuses designed to infinitely delay you. They also charge a £45 cancellation fee to further diddle you out of your cash. Further, they are unauthorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, so compensation seems unlikely.

These guys tried to pull a sceam...

These guys tried to pull a sceam on my old champ yeaterday. Some Arabic accent speaker tried to make him pay for an inaurance he didn't pay for on a stupid washing machine or something. My grand man is 83 and barely manages.
Lucky for the old champ. Exposing scammers on YouTube is what I do. I managed to track their signal through my conputer.

(You can visit my YouTube channel > youtube/JimBrowning)

Premier Protect 365 is just a sceam that's been running for years now by a bunch of scammers from UK, Spain, India... and even Egypt and Morocco. The real name of the sceam is... there is no real name, it keeps changing every 1 or 2 years. I'll save some more flithy details for my videos. Make sure to subscribe to the channel.

Despicable - preying on elderly and vulnerable people

Sorting through the effects of my 94 year old father I have come across a service plan for £595. My father had taken out multiple agreements and this is clearly a case of preying upon a vulnerable elderly person. Attempts to contact Premier Protect are currently proving fruitless. Despicable.

They seem to know a little too much about D&G to be genuine ...

I cancelled some D&G policies which my 84 year old mother in law didn't need, but left this one in place as it seemed to be better value and offered no refund if cancelled anyway. Her washing machine has a fault and now trying to claim to get a repair. It's been almost 3 weeks now and constant promises to get a repairer out from a range of people, some of whom clearly don't care. Now when researching I find they are just scammers. My Mother in Law did say they were very persistent, but nice people and is now terrified they have her bank details and will scam some more. It is truly despicable what these people will do in targeting the old and infirm just to take money from them and not provide a service at all. Just awful. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Oct 21 Update - M-i-L been contacted by UK Service Plan selling a new 3 year policy for same £395 premium on same appliances. Can only have got details from PP. These guys are at it again.

Yet another victim

Wife just got done by this scam. What lulled her into believing the call purporting to be from D&G was they knew the make of the appliance. We had cover on it with D&G which we had not renewed. They convinced her to take out a three year deal at £195 which went through (bank statement -- Premier Protect 365 Malaga ES. This company have no 'licence' to sell insurance products in the UK. How are they allowed to get away with it???
