Paid for item after 8 weeks nothing arrived rang several times blamed everything thing but next doors cat says he will ring you back and doesn’t going through bank to get my money back it doesn’t deserve one star AVOID THIS COMPANY

Absolute rubbish parts. Crap quality that dosnt even fit the engine it was sold for. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I ordered part and and for it but did not get confirmation of order going through. I then sent text messages and 2 emails but no response. I tried freephone number and again no answer. Finally I phoned Craig and left a message. He rang me back a day later and said he would check and if any problems would phone me back, you guessed it no call returned and still no goods after waiting over 3 weeks. This company is a joke. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible customer service, long waits, poor quality, and surcharge never refunded.

Full custom sump in a couple of weeks. What's not to like? I have read through the reviews prior to ordering and I knew what to expect. I've no complaints. I opted for a 2wd zetec sump, In my head I knew they would need to make and not to expect next day delivery.

Shortly after placing my order I gave them a bell. They took my details and asked to call back in an hour. I did and was told my unit was in the next batch and would be put by the end of the week. It was and it was delivered the following Wednesday.

I think people need to realise this is a small company which is clearly very busy. That's a good thing in my opinion and I like support these type of business.

Sump arrived, fab work is nice and neat and most importantly fits like a glove.

You cannot knock this company like the reviews below. They are offering quality products at good prices. If you want to spend double, go to someone that has one off the shelf.

I make an order on December 27, today is April 21. The only one person Craig did not send my order and writes various nonsense: the package was lost, and so on. When we asked for a postal receipt, Crag disappeared and offered to return the money for the purchase, which I continue to wait. Craig refused to provide full legal information about the company and this information is not on the site, there is no VAT number. Bad service and Bad communication

Ordered and paid for goods. Items did not arrive. Initially blamed courier, promised to investigate. Ignored further emails and calls. Eventually tracked him down and told I must prove that items did not arrive!!
Unbelievable arrogance. Avoid at all costs.
