I can’t speak highly enough about Premier Motor Collection! From start to finish, Caroline went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase. She was patient, honest, and truly cared about finding the right car for me—not just making a sale.
Every question I had was answered clearly, and they worked hard to get me a great deal. Even after the sale, they followed up to ensure everything was perfect. You can tell they genuinely value their customers.

This is the second car I have purchased from them. Lovely family who cannot do enough to help you. They’re welcoming, offer test drives and full service and valet before you collect. They will even drop the car off for you. As expected used cars can sometimes bring surprises, but they very quickly responded and it was sorted within 24 hours. I would recommend them to anyone.

HALF OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE THEIR FAMILY AND FRIENDS ANYWAY TO BRING YOU IN, ALL THE CARS ARE USELESS AFTER A COUPLE OF MILES YOU DEFINITELY WONT GET ANY HELP IF THE PROBLEM OCCURS, ACCORDING TO THESE IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

If I was able to give zero stars that would still be too high a rating for this charlatan company. My partner bought the World's most expensive Megan that broke down after driving 5 minutes down the road, smoke coming from the engine. Upon someone coming from the garage they enquired how the car had been driven? No concern for my partner's welfare, just the inconvenience that their knacker had only made it 1.5 miles down the road. Then the fun started... Waiting 5 days for a courtesy car that was only on temporary loan we were informed, so may need it back at any given time. The Megan was returned after nearly 2 months, with... The same problem but they'd kindly added a few more problems in to the mix (this would be the extent of their generosity). Again the Megan was taken back in, and we were informed by Caroline (the owners wife - I'm not sure she has any other talents?) that as the car only cost £5000 it should be expected that it should have problems... Flabbergasted by that statement! My partner was then offered a ford focus (because the Megan could not be fixed with no explanation of what was the actual cause, we were told it was a wheel issue, brake issue, clutch issue, engine issue, every part imaginable but nothing specific) which at the time was valued by Glasses Guide in the region of £3000 but of course this was sold in direct replacement with zero paperwork handed over along with no invoice. My partner's naivety in this whole debacle obviously takes some responsibility but equally it does prove what a manipulative, uncaring bunch of charlatans this company is! As we wind on a year with the car having covered less than a 1000 miles we had the misfortune of having a flat tyre, normally this would be a straightforward fix but of course, not with a car bought from these charlatans. The tyre bolts had been fitted at such a high torque that the RAC had to spend 2 hours and request help from another RAC operative just to remove the wheel bolts which had probably been fitted by a child with zero competence in motor mechanics. And so the saga continues with an over priced, under maintained vehicle that no doubt has a Pandora's box of problems that we are yet to uncover but in the words of Caroline, what do you expect, it only cost £5000. I wouldn't trust these cowboys with a Tonka toy, less a car with moving parts... I have since learned that it is almost a weekly event for them to attend court for situations such as ours. There are reputable companies out there but this definitely is not one of them!!!! Save yourself a headache, because empty promises won't help your car run any better!!!

It was my first time of buying a car without my husband. I'm a female in my later years and wasn't looking forward to it. However, I met Caroline at Premier Cars. She didn't hastle me but left me to look around answering all my questions when I needed her. She has a wealth of knowledge about cars. The transaction was made and I must say I was more than happy with the service I received. She was very helpful in other areas with dealing with my old car. I could't be more happier with the service of Caroline and her husband Nico. Including the purchase of my car I was given 6 months warranty and an RAC membership. Ive already recommended them to a neighbour.
They are 100% genuine car sales people and I will go back if the need arises.

Bought my last few cars off these guys and I will buy again in the future I'm certain of that

Nico made me feel very relaxed and comfortable whilst I was browsing around and looking to purchase a new car. I specifically knew what make and model I was interested in and he didn’t try to show or persuade me into looking at other vehicles. The atmosphere is very relaxed which is important to me, and after test driving two cars i am very happy to say I have now purchased the right car for me. The whole experience from searching for a new vehicle and Caroline’s after care service when I picked my car up today has been excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

This all started when the price increased £500 while traveling over to view the car, stating this was a mistake. we enventually agreed on original price.shook on a deal less £350 for my old car and paid £200 deposit. we agreed on a 12month mot. After aweek of no contact i rang, he said the car needed to be booked in, should be ready following thursday, more time wasting. After two weeks i rang him, he said the car had a mot and had been sold to another client, saying nothing to do with him.
stay well away from this car sales.

Extremely helpful before they got paid. Nearly 2 months later, no sign of warranty, still no logbook.They refused to give me the green slip, don't know why. They continue to say they do all paperwork and warranties in one hit, where's mine? Couple of days after I got car, I lifted back seat, it was like a landfill site, handbrake don't work, and it's just PASSED its mot that they had done! If you buy from this company, CHECK CAR THOROUGHLY, and DO NOT leave without your warranty.

Went on a car hunt today, unsure with what I was wanting. Had a decent budget. Spoke with both the owners here, and I have to say they know what's what, and really genuine. I test drive a Fiat 500. And it its amazing. Found it easy and quick to sort, and drive away. Did me a good deal with the price also. Will be taking my daughter next year for her car. A+ would recommend.

Very good experience. Caroline was lovely and so helpful. I was able to get any questions or queries regarding the car answered quickly and she also organised a test drive. Great car and I definitely recommended.

Chuffed to bits with my new car. Nico was very helpful and friendly. Sorted me a car withing days. Would recommend to family and friends. We will be making another visit when we need another car.

I would recommend Nico and Caroline to anyone looking to buy a secondhand car. We have just bought a lovely Seat Ibiza for our sons first car, it was well priced and came with a full MOT, Service and Warranty which has given us piece of mind for our sons first car. It was a nice relaxed process from start to finish which made buying a car a pleasure as some car dealerships can be pushy and trying to force a sale. I have a feeling that if anything was to go wrong they would sort it for us with no issues or conflict. Cannot recommend enough!!

Just bought a used Skoda Fabia in orange and i have to say, the service and way I was dealt with was absolutely fantastic. There was a tiny issue with the car which they sorted for me and had the car ready for me the next day. Very professional and very helpful

Brilliant service. Car has to go through full health check, service & MOT before leaving. Nico allowed me to use courtesy car for my 5 hour journey home to save my paying for a train. Then delivered the car to my door a week later at no extra cost!! Brilliant service would highly recommend

Polite up until the point of sale. As long as nothing goes wrong with the car you’ll consider the service brilliant. Post sale, if anything goes wrong they will point the blame at you and be incessantly rude whilst doing so. I wouldn’t personally go back.
