Poor communication
I emailed and asked if I could pick a delivery date and I was told just to write delivery instructions on the order. There is nowhere to add information on the order so I emailed the delivery instructions and gave several delivery dates I'd be at the premises. These were ignored and I got a conformation through from the delivery company. I called them and arranged a delivery day for Wednesday 23rd of april. So to my surprise at 16:30 on the 22nd of april a truck pulled up with a pallet. Luckily I was in! There were several ripped bags on the pallet roughly 1/4 had some tears 3-4 bags being completely ripped open. Very poor quality bags. On a positive note the wood pellets look good.

Very difficult company to deal with - take ages and ages to get a reply to emails (even when addressing to the 3 email addresses they use) and phone calls.
Received our fuel bladder in the time they advised we would, which is a week out from a race meet which was great but hasnt been manufactured to the drawing and cant use it - no replies to emails sent. Such a shame
Zero communication and no pellets…
Zero communication and no pellets received,will be getting some legal advice to see how I proceed,avoid this company at all costs until there problems are resolved
ABYSMAL COMMUNICATION!
The staff from premier fuel are really useless and have no willingness to return your calls or emails
I have tried contacting them every day after I placed the order to make sure we agree on the delivery day
But no response
They have failed to deliver on that day
It wasn’t the driver’s fault though
And after a week I only had one email from (Sue) saying sorry for the delay & asking if I can confirm the number of my house (even though my address was written on the invoice)
I’ve asked her right away to call me back immediately.
She Never did , so I cancelled the order asked for a refund and went for another company.
It caused me a major disruption with my working schedule because of that!
I only got refunded another week later because I’ve let them know that I would press charges against them as they would breach the contract protected by the Consumer Rights Act.
I would never recommend dealing with them at this point.
I have written this message only because of how they treat customers
I can understand that things can go wrong but to deliberately leave their customers high & dry in the middle of the winter is unacceptable.
All the recent bad reviews speak for themselves.

Order placed. No Communication no delivery. checked account money taken account says refunded. Money not been refunded 19 days later. Contact forms sent a phone message left and an email. This company needs to get in touch and refund the money taken. We will not drop this matter.
Placed an order
Placed an order. No Communication or delivery after 9 days. logged back into account and the order has been cancelled and refunded. No refund received. Phone number does not work. The contact form submitted has not been not responded to. Avoid this company.
Failed to deliver
Failed to deliver, when the fuel was needed fairly urgently. Will not use this supplier again. The excuse given was that the load was weather damaged. I don't believe this excuse as surely another load could have been produced unless all stock was weather damaged. Poor service
No pellets!!!!!!!!!
I ordered pellets on 12th December (quoted 3-5 days delivery) - still no pellets or communication as to when they will arrive, despite several emails. Phone number does not work! I have elderly relatives arriving on Saturday and will have no pellets by then. Customer services for this company clearly doesn't exist!
No communication
Ordered pellets on 14th July no reply on delivery day. Just said delivery within 3 to 5 days. Now it's the 20th I am sat at home pellet less. I tryed to set up a account but will not except my email address. This is poor customer relations. I have ordered pellets from other companies over the last 8 years without problems
Delivery came as arranged
Delivery came as arranged, driver rang before coming so that was all good. Sadly, one of the three pallets had been badly damaged at one corner, and a good half bag of pellets lost.
Long time customer
Easy ordering, pre-notified about delivery as requested. Product as described. I’m a repeat customer for the 1.1t bags of pellets. Only negative is company never gets back to you if you try to contact them & sometimes you get charged for delivery (with no explanation) even when the website says it’s free

Phone number on invoice doesn’t work. Goods have not arrived, no tracking or dispatch email issued. No response to emails. This is a scam company do not order anything from them
